If you were hoping it would upgrade the action quota... or if you expected an improvement in AI and collision detection, then stay away.

The cartoon style might not appeal to hardcore Tekken devotees, but there's certainly a lot of fun to beaten out of this one.

XIII's a charming game initially, but get past the visuals and you're left with a simple shooter with a maddeningly deadly aim.

Ultimately, it's just Risk with a bare minimum of flashy animation. While it might not be the true land of milk and strategic honey, Heaven & Hell is a reasonable enough entry in a fairly small pantheon.

Fans of action titles are almost certainly also big fans of The Matrix, and will be disconcerted by such a pallid tie-in.

Driving through such locations would be a joy in itself if only you felt some sense of response from the cars. As it is, the sensation of driving goes largely unchanged with terrain.
