Bungie has recently endeavored to provide a satisfactory conclusion to its story with The Final Shape. The excellent graphic quality and beautiful soundtrack cannot be disregarded, even though the story and excessive recycling still leave us with unfavorable impressions. This has so far been the most expensive story we have seen in the video game industry.

Paper Mario The Thousand-Year Door brings back a forgotten GameCube classic, new players as well as veterans will enjoy it. Among the visual improvements we have new playable elements and a new soundtrack, the game maintained its fidelity to the original but it is not a big deal.

XDefiant is Ubisoft's failed attempt to fit into every genre. We have an outdated graphics engine and a cast of characters who add absolutely nothing to the game. The only positive aspect is that we can play multiple games before uninstalling it.

Multiversus is a fighting game with a lot of potential, but it's repetitive. The competitive level is not to everyone's liking, but it would be more exciting with friends; the excitement and adrenaline would not be present. It has a strong fighter roster and impressive visuals, but it is a game that will be forgotten quickly.

Senua's Saga: Hellblade II is an intriguing journey that rises beyond its predecessor in multiple areas. Ninja Theory offers a story of growth, acceptance and maturity. The game delights our eyes visually by utilizing the Xbox Series X to its maximum potential. The combat feels good but is quite the same from the original Hellblade.

System Shock is a title that fans or those who have never tried the original game and like the genre but will find it a bit rudimentary will love. Those who know how to see beyond will have a challenging game, it inherits some shortcomings that the 1994 game has and they stuck quite closely to some of its playable bases.

PAC-MAN Mega Tunnel Battle: Chomp Champs continues with the usual competitive essence but with deficiencies. It is a game that entertains for a while especially with the invasion mechanics but does not have enough content to keep the player entertained.

Endless Ocean Luminous is a game that leaves survival mechanics behind to offer a relaxing experience in which we are invited to discover sea creatures and treasures. However, after a while it will become monotonous, we have no challenges or other things to do.

In a “Diabolic” tone, V Rising takes us on a hunt for demons, undead and mythological beasts; in a world where vampires don't control everything. Hiding from the sun has never been so fun in this survival adventure where we are promised long hours of play.

Grounded proposes to be a survival title with an interesting twist, being set in a miniature world in the backyard of a house. It is a more accessible game than others in the genre on a vast hostile map, although with some design problems. It's good to start if we want to venture into this type of games and even more so now on PS5.

Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes teleports us to those classic JRPG games from the 90s including its mechanics, graphics and story. This is a modest project and it is a great title with very outdated mechanics but true fans of the genre will love it.

Sand Land is an open world RPG game that carries all the charisma of Akira Toriyama, it is a game with very customizable and fun gameplay. Its mechanics lack depth and can be very simple, but this is compensated by a plot that expands as in the original manga.

Stellar Blade takes the best of the Soulslike genre and the NieR: Automata game to give us a game full of unbridled action whose protagonist will win the hearts of all of us. It is a challenging game that encourages you to be risky and has very grotesque-looking enemy designs.

This is a JRPG where each new game will not be the same, due to the plot that involves 6 characters. The combat system is demanding but fun. Graphically it feels outdated, but the soundtrack makes up for it. Recommended for lovers of the SaGa franchise and role-playing games.

TopSpin 2K25 makes a solid return to the franchise with this reboot, giving tennis lovers a decent simulator that is worth playing. The playable roster is incredible, the new reward system "The Center Court Pass" is interesting and will keep us busy. This game is one of the best releases in the sports genre so far this year.

Princess Peach: Showtime! It is a game that is fun but only for a while. It has good mechanics, concepts, and a mix of genres that only works well when it sticks to the platform genre. Some of the transformations are interesting, others do not fit at all or were not well worked out. Graphically, pretty but it can't maintain a stable 30fps performance.

Felix the Cat is a group of two games that remind us of some Super Mario Bros. games since they are very identical. Despite being a re-release, it has improvements that add more value and make it stand out from other better Konami proposals.

Otxo is an interesting mix between John Wick and Hotline Miami but it is more frenetic with challenging moments. Its monochrome graphics can confuse us at some point. However, it is entertaining with a critical story that can feel repetitive after a while.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel IV is an epic ending to a plot that involves several story arcs making it an overwhelming game. It has the same gameplay system, but some mechanics were adjusted to make it more balanced. It received the same treatment as the third part for PS5, without complications beyond the visual.

The game has noticeable changes in some game modes. Road To The Show is the most interesting of all. The franchise needs a commentator in Spanish and San Diego Studios doesn't want to listen. The game interface has changed a lot and other not very significant things make the game fun and interesting.

Snow Day brings everything a South Park game should offer us. An entertaining time in a not very complicated game where we can enjoy in real time the voice acting, jokes, transgressions and mockery that have made South Park the best intellectual property in decades.

This is an ambitious game that ends up being absurd by giving us the worst possible experience. The story is entertaining and the graphics are stunning but the performance on PC completely ruins the experience. Capcom tried to create an immersive game but it has microtransactions, bugs everywhere and repetitiveness, this is just the beginning of the end for such a beloved franchise.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III is a correct port that improves several graphical aspects, loads faster and has all the cosmetic DLC of the original game but is limited to transferring the essence of the PS4 game to PS5. It's still an interesting JRPG with a well-built world and memorable characters.

Rise of the Ronin takes the right step by offering us an open world along with the Soulslike gameplay that Team Ninja has been implementing in their recent games. It is not an Assassin's Creed since the game points in another direction, but we will have a world full of activities and a fun but challenging combat system. Graphically it is not wonderful but it has enough details that make it look good.

Alone in the Dark fulfills the proposal of offering us a reinvention of the classic 1992 game in a more decent way. The best thing about the game is the exploration and investigation, the possibility of playing two campaigns with different points of view is amazing. The shooting is not a big deal since the enemies are not difficult and we don't have new weapons or upgrades.

One of the best Xbox Series X games arrives with a triumphant debut on PS5. Nothing new to say about this great action and rhythm title that is full of praise. Unicorn Overlord has the Vanillaware seal in all its sections, this is a very entertaining medieval fantasy game. It has a complex but at the same time intuitive game system that will not be difficult to master. The plot is a little weak, since we have seen that story hundreds of times, but it is still entertaining. Visually speaking, it is a very attractive interactive painting.
