The House of the Dead: Remake takes us back to the arcade era with new improved graphics but keeping the essence of the original title. It is a game that entertains for many hours, especially in company. The new additions are insufficient and it doesn't motivate replayability at all.

Kao the Kangaroo is the traditional game that does not keep the glory of 3D platform games. It's a nice game with a different character that show us what we already know without anything new. Unfortunately, the Nintendo Switch version has very obvious graphical problems.

Slitterhead is an experiment that could have been better due to its ideas, mechanics, and studio. Elements like NPC possession, dynamic combat, musicalization, and a unique story fail to make this horror game stand out more and it falls short due to graphical issues, poor AI, and some technical bugs.

Synduality: Echo of Ada has improved significantly since the beta but still has room for growth. The game is enjoyable with its extraction and gathering loop, but its demanding progression system is a drawback. Combined with its lack of variety and limited mech customization, it is just a game with potential as an extraction shooter that hasn’t been fully realized.

Farming Simulator 23 is a game for those who are looking for a relaxed experience when it comes to running a farm. It continues the legacy of the farming series while introducing the occasional novelty and more than 100 real vehicles and machinery. The problem is its graphics since for Switch some things are not the same.

Charon's Staircase is a game with confused intentions. On the one hand it has a dark story that we discover as we go along, with a great narrative. On the other hand, it falls short in some aspects like causing scares and its outdated graphics, although with interesting puzzles that will make us feel like Sherlock Holmes.

Survival Kids is a simple co-op game made for younger players, but it’s not the big return many fans were expecting. It’s more fun when played with friends, which helps make the experience better. Still, older or longtime players probably won’t get much out of it beyond a few fun afternoons but (only) if played with others.

River City Saga: Three Kingdoms Next continues the Three Kingdoms story with the comedic and lighthearted tone the series is known for. It’s a 2D beat 'em up with chaotic, fun, and RPG-inspired gameplay that truly shines in co-op mode. However, its mechanics become repetitive over time, and the pacing is slowed down by the constant need for level grinding.

Multiversus is a fighting game with a lot of potential, but it's repetitive. The competitive level is not to everyone's liking, but it would be more exciting with friends; the excitement and adrenaline would not be present. It has a strong fighter roster and impressive visuals, but it is a game that will be forgotten quickly.

The Lord of the Rings: Gollum shows us another facet of the iconic character that we haven't seen before. The story attached to the works of Tolkien and a deeper development but with a gameplay without great pretensions since the graphic level seems taken from an Xbox 360 or PS3 combined with all its technical errors make it the worst experience I've ever played.

Drag x Drive is one of those unique Nintendo titles that makes use of the new capabilities of the Nintendo Switch 2, but unfortunately falls short in several areas. Its premise is undeniably original, yet the lack of content and game modes will hurt its longevity.

Crimson Desert is an uneven mix of various systems and genres, which, despite being overwhelming, is somehow entertaining. Although its world is equally chaotic, it turns out to be charming and full of possibilities. However, base systems like the PS5 suffer from poor lighting and erratic textures that tarnish the experience. Those who can forgive the aforementioned will have a good enough experience.

Edens Zero, as an anime-based title, manages to capture the essence of the original work, though not without flaws. Its charming story and straightforward gameplay do the job, but outdated graphics and a lack of depth might turn off players looking for a more robust experience. It’s a game made for fans — and hardly for anyone else.

Another Code: Recollection has the two classic games in a more modern and simple version adapted to the Nintendo Switch. The first half is the most interesting one, while the other half has some issues and is very predictable, plus the controls are not very precise. It has good clever puzzles and its plot of revelations is sometimes interesting.

Redfall is all about Arkane Studios and many fans will actually love it. This is an FPS with a rich lore story, action, various characters, and lots of looting. However, it feels simplified in some mechanics and very generic. The strength of the game is in the multiplayer mode where each character complements each other and becomes more fun. As for the graphics and performance, it's clear that rushing the development of the game has been part of its own failure.

Final Fantasy XVI on PC comes with many improvements compared to the original version. However, this performance issue makes the experience disappointing, especially for those who do not know how to manually adjust the graphic settings. DLSS is useless because it's hard to achieve a stable 60 FPS. The original game is really good, but the experience on PC change your mind. Playing with a mouse and keyboard can be a challenge during the first few hours.

Song of Nunu: A League of Legends Story is a charming game that touches on several genres but focuses more on platforming and puzzle solving. It is not a pretentious title but it goes beyond delving into the story of Nunu and his Yeti friend. With a story that highlights friendship, we will be at the controls for about 5 or 6 hours. If we know what to expect from the game, we will like it and even more so if you are a fan of the franchise.

If we leave aside the controversies, bad creative decisions and conceptual art; Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League does its job as a casual “spin-off” game that is not very relevant that we can play with friends to have a good time. It's definitely more fun than the failed "Gotham Knights" but different from the gameplay of cultural phenomena like The Arkham Trilogy.

Super Mario Party Jamboree: Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Jamboree TV remains a fun and engaging party game, now featuring more minigames and improved visuals tailored for the new Switch 2. However, to fully enjoy the experience, players will need to purchase additional accessories not included with the console. This means an extra investment on top of the game’s $79.99 price tag.

Lightfall has a hollow and meaningless story. It has some entertaining cinematics but at the end of the hall left us with questions and a tasteless experience. The Strand subclass and gameplay improvements add a bit of value to this update but definitely as a Destiny fan since 2014 this expansion is not what a fan deserves.

Bubble Bobble Sugar Dungeons, even with its strengths, falls somewhere between tribute and reinvention due to a handful of clunky gameplay decisions. The series’ signature charm is still there, but not enough to fully carry the experience over the long run, even with the added roguelike elements.

Star Wars: Outlaws brings its open-world experience to Nintendo’s hybrid console, including all previously released content. It’s not a perfect adaptation, with some noticeable technical compromises and performance hiccups. Still, if you can look past those flaws, it’s an enjoyable experience—especially in handheld mode.

Monster Energy Supercross 25 is a solid entry that refines previous installments, yet it still has room to grow if it wants to leave a truly memorable mark on the genre. Jujutsu Kaisen Cursed Clash is a game full of lights, aimed at fans who want to try out their favorite characters from the series. Princess Peach: Showtime! It is a game that is fun but only for a while. It has good mechanics, concepts, and a mix of genres that only works well when it sticks to the platform genre. Some of the transformations are interesting, others do not fit at all or were not well worked out. Graphically, pretty but it can't maintain a stable 30fps performance.

Castle of Heart: Retold is a remaster that tries to revive a title that originally struggled due to questionable design choices. It adds a handful of improvements in visuals, gameplay, and story, but lingering pacing issues and oppressive mechanics keep it from fully taking off. While its soundtrack has a few standout tracks, there’s little else that truly shines.
