Fans of RPGs and especially Dragon Quest can give this one a go without further hesitation. Everyone else should probably give it a more thorough thought as the missing story and some strange decisions concerning the design, like the saving system and the grouped monsters, may give you a hard time.- Gamers.at

F.E.A.R. 2 doesn’t offer anything particularly new, which – in my opinion – is a bad thing. But on the other hand that’s just what I personally hoped for, as both F.E.A.R. 1 and F.E.A.R. 2 are brilliant horror shooters with good graphics and awesome multiplayer components.- Gamers.at

This collection probably won’t keep you busy for too long, but it’s certainly great for a short glimpse into the past. Great cost-performance ratio too!- Gamers.at

While it's certainly a pretty game, there's just nothing special to it. Throughout forty boring levels all you will get is wild button mashing which results not only in Ayumi’s death most of the time but probably that of some of your brain cells as well.- Gamers.at

This can be kept rather simple: Any racing fan with a need for speed, who hasn’t already got Burnout Paradise for console simply needs this cool package. The Graphics are great, the sound is amazing, the speed mind-blowing and there’ so much to see and do that you’ll be kept busy for a long, long time.- Gamers.at

MLB Front Office Manager is a management simulation set in the tough world of professional Baseball. Although it might appear complicated and challenging at first, (which will undoubtedly frustrate "Baseball-Newbies") hardcore gamers might still be disappointed in the long run - especially by the awful graphics.- Gamers.at

I like to see how a game evolves over time and so I’d like to suggest to all readers: Get yourself all three titles in the series – skate, skate it and skate 2 – because if you won’t take offense in the dull story and some mistakes as well as the costly DLC you will get just the right portion of next generation skating feeling.- Gamers.at

An admirable port, even by the excellent standards of Square Enix. Should you count yourself among the honourable ranks of RPG-Fans, do not miss out on Star Ocean: Second Evolution.- Gamers.at

Despite being a fan of the concept since the very first trailer, I can’t help being a bit disappointed about how this games turned out after all. It’s, however, still a nice title and the pretty solid port to the PC including some nice new features makes this version the one to get!- Gamers.at

Though Saints Row 2 profits from its easy and humorous atmosphere, those can’t make up for its technical weaknesses. Especially the empty-headed AI and the indefensible hardware needs grind my gears. As a PC gamer I am at least completely happy with the wonderful multiplayer co-op mode which keeps up the multiplayer rating.- Gamers.at

Prince of Persia is repetitive in more ways than one, though nevertheless still highly enjoyable. If the nowadays ever-present backtracking is your thing and if you enjoy the gorgeous cell-shading graphics to boot, by all means, pick up the Prince. [Issue#17]- Gamers.at

Chrono Trigger is simply brilliant and an absolute must-have for any RPG-Fan – but everyone else should also take a closer look despite the simple 2D-graphics and the lack of a German translation.- Gamers.at

A downright frightening army of bugs both scares away any potential fan of Gothic and eliminates any fun that could have been had with the game. [Issue#17]- Gamers.at

The well-known legend of Pandora’s Box demands much more than what Developer Spark created here. Also, it just doesn’t seem right that Deckard is capable of force pushing and draining life-energy, but utterly fails at simple jumping. [Issue#17]- Gamers.at

It seems as if Lara is finally back on track. More puzzles, less action – that’s tombraiding as it should be! My only complaint is the lack of guidance the game offers – standing about in clueless stupor happens too often by far. [Issue#17]- Gamers.at

CSI: NY - The Game unfolds most fun while it`s still packed. Interaction with the gaming world does not exist apart from collecting various items, interviewing suspects and playing boring mini games, so that even fans of CSI: New York will probably not feel motivated to finish all the episodes.- Gamers.at

If you love good stories and are seeking for a long and player-focused singleplayer experience, Left 4 Dead is definitely not the shooter for you to get this Christmas. If you consider yourself a multiplayer enthusiast who’s looking for a true, old-school coop shooter, on the other hand, this could well be your GotY!- Gamers.at

At long last, the story of the Fellowship is continued. The sheer size of the mines, alongside the epic storyline (i.e. the new books), will keep gamers busy until the next add-on hits the shelves. [Issue#17]- Gamers.at
