The next big thing shows us how an adventure has to look in the year 2011, despite being far too easy for the most time. Only the hieroglyphics-puzzle is really frustrating because it's not logical in the game world.

The developers preferred to concentrate on and perfect a few basic gameplay-elements, rather than cram so many of them into the game, that there's no time left to polish everything. Basically a good thing, but unfortunately not the best way to maintain a high level of variety and diversification for the player. Therefore, Dungeons feels pretty repetitive after some time, which makes it hard to really recommend it, despite its interesting genre-mix.

What a game to start 2011 ... Dead Space 2 may not offer any real innovations compared to its predecessor, but in the end, that doesn't matter at all. Isaac Clarke's second appearance presents itself as a very polished, amazingly frightening Horror- and Action-Masterpiece, that doesn't allow itself any aggravating flaws and is therefore this year's first must-have title.

Although some time has passed since the publication of the initial version of the game (German version of Making History II is version 1.18), the technical flaws are still numerous. Anyone who is interested in historical turn-based strategy should remain with Hearts of Iron. Making History II might be interesting in a year as a budget version.
