Even with One Piece: World Seeker's problems it can be fun to play once you get into the main story missions. The cutscenes are entertaining and the game has good character dialogue. It starts to get more interesting once more characters are introduced. Fans of the One Piece franchise will most likely enjoy the game for what it is much more than I did, but I don't see how you can ignore the gameplay flaws. The game really needs more options for exploration and more to do in its environments.

If you really, really must play a MMORPG space sim, then you should give VO a trial run as it does deliver the very basics. Otherwise, it is hard to recommend that you spend your MMORPG time and money on this one.

Too simple and shallow for baseball fans, too many gameplay issues for arcade sports fans - Inside Pitch 2003 is destined to be a benchwarmer.

Overall, it seems to me that Blood Bowl 2 is focused on recreating the board game experience to a fault.

Sometimes simplistic gameplay can make for a really fun game. This is not one of those times.

While not the most ground breaking stealth title, Vampire Rain is worth a try for a stealth fan, even with its flaws.

I really want to like Ad Infinitum more than I do, but it has too many faults that ruin the experience.

Fans of the show may enjoy interacting with some of its characters and the game is interesting enough to pique a newcomer's interest in checking out the show, but from a gameplay standpoint alone OK K.O.! Let's Play Heroes doesn't offer enough variety to keep brawler game fans engaged.

If Berzerk were part of a collection of arcade games so that you could enjoy it in short bursts with a variety of other games it would be fine. However, there’s just not enough here to support a standalone release.

There are some interesting ideas at play here and the reality TV show simulation genre is far from crowded, but the problem is that there is so little to the actual core gameplay. The voyeuristic nature of reality TV makes this a game in which you spend a lot of time simply listening to the characters speak to each other and finding that what they have to say isn’t all that interesting. I can’t help but feel that if this was more of a real simulation of reality TV that gave you a lot more control in staging and forcing dramatic moments, then The Crush House would be more fun to play. As it is, it’s a bit of curiosity that will keep your interest about as long as it does your fictional viewers’.

The game does a good job of channeling the classics in the genre from a presentation point of view, but it misses out on the factors that made those games so much fun and turned them into timeless classics.

Rain World's unique look, atmosphere, and world are intriguing, as are some of the ideas behind its unusual style of gameplay. However, there's a lot to the game's mechanics and execution that aren't implemented well. If you spend a little time with Rain World, you'll find the wonder and fascination that you had at the start of the game quickly melting into total frustration.

The gameplay style is decidedly straight-forward action-RPG, and the game has you facing untold numbers of enemies that must be dispatched with button-mashing monotony.

Buzz Master Quiz is not much of a quiz show and is far to easy for quiz masters. Even those looking for a casual trivia game will only get a few hours of fun out of it. You're best off simply taking a pass on this one.

The game is a total mixed bag, but most of the bad parts are brought on by the performance issues from being on Nintendo Switch. It just seems like the game wasn’t fully optimized well for the system. If you plan on playing the game portable, you may not notice the problems as much, but the framerate still got to me at times, even in portable mode. Overall, Silver Chains is a decent survival horror game, but I’d recommend another version unless you plan on playing in portable mode all the time.

Gryphon Knight Epic has a certain nostalgic vibe to it and it delivers a style of gameplay that's in short supply these days, but it fails to nail the gameplay both in terms of mechanics and enjoyment. There are some good ideas at work behind the game, but they need more work to make Gryphon Knight Epic a good game.

The nature of the games means that they really only entertain the first time that you see each one, so repetition very rapidly sets in and your interest will wane just as rapidly. So much so, that you may not even be interested in playing the same micro games over and over again simply to unlock the rest of them.

There’s no customization in the game and the business model is extremely light. What the game really comes down to is keeping pretty girls happy so that you can keep watching them in their bikinis, and Hot Dog King manages to make this a pretty boring exercise.
