An enjoyable twist on the tower defense genre. The downside of tower defense games is that you can often find yourself a disengaged viewer, watching your towers do their work and hoping for the best. That's not the case with Space Run. It has the strategy elements of a tower defense game, but it keeps you constantly active in defending and adapting your ship. And to me, that's a winning combination.- Gamers' Temple

An interesting simulator of small unit urban tactics, but a lot of gamers will find the gameplay too slow and constraining.- Gamers' Temple

In the end, Operation Flashpoint is an ambitious game that tries its best to compensate for its various shortcomings, and Codemasters deserves a lot of credit for not mimicking Call of Duty or coping out to make a mediocre title.- Gamers' Temple

The first Monster Hunter ripoff, Lord of Arcana, wasn't a complete disaster, but it wasn't a good game, either. Gods Eater Burst is a much more competent game, one that takes some of what made Monster Hunter so engaging and even adds some new stuff to up the ante.- Gamers' Temple

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 14 has enough new features, especially the interesting Legends of the Majors and the online Connected Tournaments, to make it a good purchase if you've been out of the series of a while.- Gamers' Temple

If you go in expecting the game to be revolutionary you can’t help but be disappointed. However if you’re just looking for an enjoyable and solid game of football, you’ll be happy with the game.- Gamers' Temple

It obviously tries to emulate Japanese style console RPGs, but it fails to deliver the story depth or puzzle challenge common to those games.- Gamers' Temple

Control in the game is tight and responsive; either with a wheel controller or even if you brave it with the four arrow keys.- Gamers' Temple

Puzzle infuriation and stolen tropes from other RPGs do drag down the experience, but when compared to the first game, DQ2 is a revelation. The story, characters and open world make the game feel like so much more than a "mash attack til everything is dead" musou title M.O., and the move toward a traditional Dragon Quest game over a hack and slash title makes a huge difference. If Dragon Quest, Dynasty Warriors or action-RPGs are your wheelhouse, there is more than enough here to keep you busy for between 30 and 50 hours.- Gamers' Temple

In spite of the “cutesy” appearance of a Disney game that’s too hard to play for the wee set, Disney Magic is a lot of fun to play. If you enjoyed Meteos, then you’ll like this variant on the game.- Gamers' Temple

Either way you approach the game, Lost Orbit is an enjoyable game. Although things can get a little crazy with all of the gravitational hijinks as you zip through space, the game is not punishing to casual gamers.- Gamers' Temple

This is not the type of game that you'll want to play the heck out of for a week straight. It's best enjoyed in short bursts when you're in the mood for a little bit of frenzied shooter action.- Gamers' Temple
