Nyaa-kuza!! is a solid game paired with a mediocre one. Those with a penchant for puns will love diving into its visual novel segments, but the lack of polish in its action sequences drags the whole experience down.- Gamers Heroes

A destruction derby made out of cardboard miniatures sounds makes for a sound concept, but the lack of options and poor AI suck away a lot of its potential.- Gamers Heroes

Attack on Titan 2 Final Battle is a tough title to recommend to anyone. It runs poorly, the new targeting system doesn’t work as it should, and the new modes simply aren’t worth the investment. If you still want to give it a shot despite all of this, do yourself a favor and avoid the Switch version.- Gamers Heroes

Super Inefficient Golf lives as dies by its mine gimmick, but it is still a fun gimmick nonetheless. Those looking for a way to spice up their golf game can do far worse than this title, but don’t be surprised if it takes a while to get the hang of it.- Gamers Heroes

Virtual Cottage has got the lo-fi beats and the atmosphere, but the song selection and number of options is somewhat lacking. Those that don’t mind tunes on repeat will dig its tracks, but it just doesn’t have the same impact as the infamous YouTube live stream.- Gamers Heroes

Grabity is a casual party game that largely succeeds at what it tries to do. It’s not the deepest or unique title around, but those looking for a new game for their group can do far worse.- Gamers Heroes

The world of Super Totally Ultimate Dad Showdown is a mixed bag. Some of the minigames are far better than others, but all those that bring some friends along can have some fun with this free-to-play title.- Gamers Heroes

Superstorm Melon Date’s dystopian world tries to be original with its bizarre premise, but this visual novel follows the standard tropes of the genre a bit too closely to make a splash.- Gamers Heroes

Tempest 4000’s time-tested gameplay still rings true, but some of the visual and design elements in this release add some unintended challenge. For what is ultimately an updated quarter-muncher, it has a steep price, but those looking to relive the past in 4K could do far worse than this title.- Gamers Heroes

20XX’s physics are almost a perfect recreation of a certain blue bomber, but the roguelike elements don’t always work as they should. The procedurally generated levels don’t have the same spark as Capcom’s offerings, and its permadeath is an acquired taste.- Gamers Heroes

Shining Resonance Refrain displays all the qualities one would expect in a JRPG game, albeit in a dated and unimaginative fashion. Fans of the genre will find plenty to sing about, but for those not sold on Japan’s ideals of an RPG, there’s little more here than a solid story and some good dungeon grinding.- Gamers Heroes

Pyro Fighters channels the spirit of the 8-bit platformers that took the Nintendo Entertainment System by storm, but the brutal difficulty and rampant bugs makes the challenge more frustrating than fair.- Gamers Heroes

Void Prison is good for short bursts of play, but there’s simply not enough meat on the bone. It doesn’t do too much to stand out, and while it does have a solid foundation, it does not have too much more beyond that.- Gamers Heroes

Bacon May Die plays it safe, featuring combo-heavy action that has a low skill ceiling. While it can be a fun way to get out some pent up aggression, this little piggy just isn’t king of the hill.- Gamers Heroes

Comet Crasher is a simple game with a solid enough pick-up-and-play mechanic. Repetition can quickly set in, but this is one title that knows exactly what it is, for better or worse.- Gamers Heroes

Buck Up and Drive! is a vanity racer that focuses more on spectacle than depth. While we appreciate the nature of a car that can grind rails, there are a number of questionable design choices that cheapen the experience.- Gamers Heroes

G.O.D.S. is an interesting proof of concept that could have used more content. Though there is not a ton of variety, the sheer amount of chaos and unpredictability of its hockey mode is worth a go for those jonesing for a unique multiplayer title.- Gamers Heroes

BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle has got the fanservice down, but it feels more like a tribute to Arc System Works’ other games than its own unique beast. Its simplified fighting game mechanics, along with its reused assets, makes it only worth it for the most diehard of fans.- Gamers Heroes

The arcade action of Centipede: Recharged is inoffensive, but there simply isn’t enough content here to justify its price tag. Even the most devout score chaser will likely get bored with this title’s lack of variety, and its bland aesthetics seal its fate.- Gamers Heroes

For a game based on a snack mix, Chex Quest HD is truly one of a kind. However, as a FPS, it lacks the polish needed to be anything more than a Doom clone with some silly trappings.- Gamers Heroes
