G-Force is a solid movie tie-in that will please the 10- to 12-year-olds. The game doesn't do anything particularly well, but isn't doing anything wrong either. Don't expect a challenging game though, because of the repetitive elements and the helping hand that are offered it doesn't pack a punch. Of course, that’s to be expected in a children’s game.

Despite a few minor technical glitches and a simple story, Operation: Tango plays fluently for the most part. A big advantage is that only one player has to purchase the game – the other can join with the Friend Pass. The puzzles are fun and quite intuitive to solve as long as players ask each other the right questions. This makes the game very suitable for remote gaming.

The main plusses of the Island of Armor expansion are the fun game world and the large amount of trusted pokémon that have been added to the game. Unfortunately, the main adventure around Kubfu is so short that you hardly have the opportunity to enjoy all these favorites.

Drakensang is a must buy for every fantasy and RPG fanatic. Don't except a revolution or a GOTY, but except a game that has charisma and can be picked up very easily. There are some tiny flaws, but the moment that you venture into Avonturia, your troubles will be over.

A very nice shoot 'em up with gorgeous graphics. It's a shame that de difficulty level is a quite unbalanced and that the multiplayer is absent.

Star Ocean is a good game. But nothing more than that. Because of the outdated graphics it will probably never enter the top of the JRPG genre. Nevertheless, real JRPG fans will be drawn by the strong storyline and the unique gameplay elements and will get enough in return for their interest in the game.

FIFA Manager 13 is immensely complete and expansive. Almost all tasks related to a team can be undertaken, but you can also let your assistants do a lot of the work. Sloppy mistakes and somewhat unbelievable moments can drag you out of the experience unfortunately, which sometimes negates the feeling that you're an actual coach.

Command & Conquer 4 will be subject to some heavy discussion. Although the multiplayer is entertaining, the radical change in gameplay will alienate old-time fans of the series with the game. Nevertheless the game offers enough to keep you playing, mainly because of the addicting level system.

Alice in Wonderland renews our faith in movie tie-ins. Giving its own spin to the visuals and story of the movie make this game never feel like a cheap way of making money off gamers. The intuitive stylus controls emphasize this even more. Only the repetitive fights take away a bit of glimmer.

It must feel lonely at the top, but F1 2018 does forget to make changes to the faults of F1 2017. It still is a very deep Formule 1 game with challenging gameplay options.

Mafia 3 is a great storytelling about revenge, hatred and discrimination. The setting is convincing and the game offers a lot of fun, but the open world gameplay gets repetitive very quickly with only a few missions that are actually excellent.

Mixed feelings about this game. On the one hand Petroglyph is trying something new with totally different factions, but on the other hand it's not executed very well, a missed opportunity!

It's is beautiful how Dreamfall Chapters tells an amazing story with modern subjects such as racism and technology. Too bad some conversations take ages.

The choice to make Project Cars 3 a more accessible, yet (sort of) realistic racing game, does not work out quite well. Nevertheless, this combination does provide entertaining moments.

Zeit 2 is a fresh, two-dimensional shooter. Playing with time ensures shooting everything in plain sight isn't the best tactic. This is a solid shooter with a slightly boring presentation.

The Crimewave Edition offers a lot of content. Together with the familiar intense gameplay, this game is explosive and deep at the same time. Unfortunately the things that annoyed gamers two years ago are still there and that is a real shame.

A good expansion exists out of the best features of the main game with a slight twist. The Horizon Forbidden West-expansion is made with that exact recipe. Whilst Burning Shores is resting heavily on the strong features of it's predecessor, it adds new locations, missions, enemies and weapons. Burning Shores has everything it needs to entertain people for 10+ hours.

Split/Second has great graphics and introduces a couple of interesting new gameplay modes, but in the end the weak controls in the PC-version, the cheating AI and the lack of variety keeps this game from becoming truly great.

The Way of the Hado minigame is awful and the two new characters are a let-down. But, Street Fighter 2 is a classic and it fits the philosophy behind Switch perfectly.

The all-star cast behind Shadows of the Damned sporadically shows how creative, passionate and talented it is, but doesn't dig deep enough when it comes to game design. The game remains bizarre and stylized, and it works for a literal ride to hell.

Order of War offers enough challenge to satisfy the purists, but it’s also surprisingly inviting for newcomers. The World War II-setting is used very well and the cinematic perspective makes for a great addition. The graphics are disappointing though, and there are tons of little nags that start to irritate after some time.

R-Type has always been a title for the tough guys. But with the new Infinite mode it's now possible for every gamer to view the ending credits. The though guys won't use the new game mode of course and are only interested in breaking the high scores. And if this is the case with you then you'll have no problem in buying R-Type. Even with the somewhat high price tag.

Lego Rock Band tries to cater to adults and kids, but in the end isn't too successful in that. While the game certainly looks fun for everyone thanks to the use of Lego, the choice of music certainly isn't for everyone and the lack in online options can be a deal breaker as well. It's still an enjoyable music game, but not very balanced.

Quantum Conundrum might look a lot like Portal, but the execution is wholly different thanks to the four dimensions that'll change the properties of the game world and all items in it. Unfortunately an interesting context for dropping the puzzle cubes in place is absent.

Our feelings regarding the reboot of Mirror's Edge are mixed. The parkour gameplay is amazing and it feels really quick, but all the other stuff, like the story, the open world and the RPG elements are big let-downs.
