Playing soccer with cars, why not? Rocket League offers a big load of extreme and chaotic multiplayer experiences, that are really enjoyable when you have some friends over. The singleplayer, however, is too short and offers too little variation.- Gamer.nl

Assassin's Creed Pirates is about shallow sea combat and fast boats. A simple, but entertaining snack.- Gamer.nl

Mercenary Kings is a decent game that approaches the action shooter genre in an original way. Some parts haven’t been executed on all that well though, which makes the game feel slow and boring at times.- Gamer.nl

Although WWE All Stars offers mild depth with its counter-system, it's mostly an easily accessible fighting-game meant for the nostalgic WWE-fan. One side-note: the WWE-series with oversimplified controls, faster gameplay and a catroony style turned the series around a different corner. The real WWE-fan – excluding the average gamer – might mourn over this. As a nice, quickly satisfying game, WWE All Stars is a fine and refreshing choice.- Gamer.nl

This game offers traditional point-and-click gameplay with a fast pace and strong storytelling. It lacks excitement and action, but the Sherlock Holmes feeling is definitely there.- Gamer.nl

Maquette starts off strong, but halfway through the story we forgot why the gameplay and the story were such a great match. Maquette offers a fun way to play with scale and is therefor still worth the try.- Gamer.nl

Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands is a fun platform and action game, but nothing more than that. It's a decent HD-reincarnation of The Sands of Time.- Gamer.nl

Don’t let yourself be fooled by the easy controls of Fantasy Life, as this new Level-5 world is a lovely one to discover. Backtracking is not great, but with that many content we cannot really complain.- Gamer.nl

Bomberman Land Touch! 2 is just like its predecessors. Very enyoable. The story mode is mostly the same as the first game in the series. The combination of the classic Bomberman-mode and a online option guarantees us of hours of play.- Gamer.nl

Zoo Tycoon looks polished, the animals are incredibly cute and they're a joy to take care of. A lack of depth and an incomprehensible interface hold it back.- Gamer.nl

Because of the strong resemblance to its predecessors, Virtua Tennis 4 isn't very different from them, missing the much needed improvements. The isn't a follow-up , but more of a sidestep and can be considered more 'new' than 'better'. It's a blessing then, that all of this rests on the very enjoyable foundation of the previous instalments.- Gamer.nl

God Eater Burst adds its own twist to a genre that spawned lots of clones after the success of Monster Hunter and can be seen as a good alternative if you long for a different setting. It does have some limitations though, that effectively keep it from reaching for the stars.- Gamer.nl

This game makes the old brand new again. The new style is amazing to look at, and the game is still as amazing as it used to be. Be warned though: the gameplay can be tough to get through.- Gamer.nl

Outland is without a doubt a good game. The switching between light and dark works well in this platformer, and gets assisted by great smooth gameplay. Include the cooperative elements and you've got a game that belongs at the top of downloadable titles. That Outland doesn't belong to that elite is because of the sometimes very artificial and stale level design.- Gamer.nl

Riders Republic, like Steep, is at its best when the game forces you to try harder. Mastering certain challenges takes practice and patience. That's what makes the game. Like Steep, Riders Republic doesn't have a storyline, fancy style, important dialogue, or great music. Riders Republic is just a beautiful game world where you take on breakneck challenges. That turns out to be enough.- Gamer.nl

Dead Rising 3 is a typical zombie game with an enormous world to get lost in, countless weapons and vehicles to play with and more than enough zombies to slay. That sure is entertaining. Unfortunately boredom sets in, in a matter of hours. The 'normal' running, driving and killing isn't broken up enough by interesting things to do or events and the open world might be huge, but that's also why it bores. Luckily the game is fully playable in coop, which makes everything more enjoyable.- Gamer.nl

If you don't take the clichés and rattling writing too seriously, Little Hope is a fun-filled adventure game with lots of scary moments. Choices are meaningful, characters really behave differently based on your decisions, and there are multiple disconnects to discover.- Gamer.nl

When playing the single player, Battleblock Theater is nothing more than a fun 2D platformer that’s challenging enough, but doesn’t do anything exceptionally well. It isn’t until playing the multiplayer that the game really comes into its own and becomes a absurd and very entertaining party game. The controls leave something to be desired and its pace could be quicker from time to time, but thanks to the excellent level editor and a few brilliant mini-games, it takes a while before Battleblock becomes a bore.- Gamer.nl

Charlie Murder relives the good old days when games like Double Dragon and Streets of Rage reigned supreme. As fun as that may be, Charlie Murder also forgets to get with its time. This beat ‘m up offers a sizable amount of fun, with some antique concepts.- Gamer.nl

Despite its expansive career-mode, Yoostar 2 is a title that you'll play fanatically for days on end. It's prominently a game used to breathe new life into parties. The game's concept is decent and offers enough options for someone to pretend they're a famous actor alone, or with a friend. The technical issues however, hold it back from reaching certain stardom.- Gamer.nl

HarmoKnight is a colorful rhythm platformer, available through the Nintendo 3DS eShop and made by the developers of Pokémon, that will keep you busy for about six hours. Thanks to the 50 levels and solid gameplay it’s worth the pretty high price of fifteen Euros. The characters and the story are very generic though. The standard levels are the most fun as well: the game sometimes experiments with different takes, which they shouldn’t have done in our opinion.- Gamer.nl

Although the flight model and therefore the simulation is better than ever, there are too many small irritations in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 that affect the experience. The career mode is a valuable addition and the game is almost endlessly replayable for both casual and hardcore simmers. With a lot of love and dedication from developer Asobo and support from publisher Microsoft, it could well be that this is the absolute top in the field of flight simulations in a few months. The game does not reach those heights at the moment.- Gamer.nl
