An acquired taste. There's so many things that make you really want to delve into its world, but then there's so many limitations that you run into that make you wonder what the point really is.

The repetitiveness may get to some of you, and there are components in the graphics and audio that are annoying, but they're minor problems.

One huge complaint that really takes away from the gameplay is the bad camera angle.

There's no silver lining or light at the end of the tunnel. The play experience starts and ends the same way, leaving the player extremely frustrated at what really is a broken game.

If you're the type of cerebral gamer who relishes in attacking enemies from behind to do extra damage, or perhaps placing everyone perfectly for a combo attack, then La Pucelle is just as good as the best entries in the genre.

To be called the "PGR 2" of rally racing is quite some praise indeed, and that's exactly what Rallisport Challenge 2 is. Highly recommended.

With none of the original voice talent from the movie, you're likely to find very few laughs and almost none of the heart you saw in the theatres.

Larian has escaped formulaic RPGs and brought us a game truly worth the 80+ hours it takes to discover everything within. Fans of the "Baldur's Gate" and "Icewind Dale" series will find something familiar here and experience a strange form of nostalgia.

While mildly entertaining, the GBA library is far too impressive for Shrek 2 to make a name for itself.

The four player is enjoyable, but the experience fizzled out the longer we toyed with it, as the concept isn't very original. Also, if you're not into Shrek, this definitely isn't for you.

The greatest game ever made. And remember, this confession comes from people who have railed against the very creature that is MMOs. Furthermore, this is the most addicting game we've ever played. Period.

This one is only for those who need clan-based pvp warfare very, very badly, as they will have to go through twenty levels of the most monotonous gameplay ever experienced.

Fails to excite in any way shape or form.

Missions are short, but the trial-and-error of finding out how to accomplish each one compensates for it.

The action is fast paced, with great weaponry and enemies that will surprise the hell out of you. Multiplayer is even faster than the single-player game, and is amazingly reminiscent of "Quake."

It's got the kind of gameplay to get you going in a hurry, and its challenge lasts quite a while. It wouldn't hurt to get Serious.

One of the most beautifully crafted digital creations of any sporting event - period!

Alias the game almost grabbed my attention as well, but it just kept falling behind with too many gameplay flaws and not nearly enough innovation to stand in a league all its own.

MVP seems to capture the feeling of hitting and pitching more realistically, but ESPN is certainly easier to pick-up-and-play.

Despite its sophomoric appearance and single player weakness, the game has multiplayer potential that makes it a must-have party game.

While the gameplay is solid, the Total Punch Control is still no match for the reliability of the digital pad, and the game lacks the "Just one more match" appeal that makes other sports games shine.

The game could've benefited from online play and maybe just a little more touching up on some problems with the moves, but overall it's definitely got the thing for bling-bling.

Just average. There's almost no diversity in available forces, and very few things are upgradeable. The graphics are fair, but are blown out of the water by recent entries. Sound is tolerable, but just there as filler.

Northland would have been a great primer for new RTS fans if it wasn't so complicated. Population growth and logistical issues too often distract the player from the overall goal of the mission.

The single player aspects are only entertaining for a short period of time, and even in multiplayer the game can't compare to "Super Smash Brothers." It can be a worthy purchase, but only if you have a group of friends, a multi-tap, and no GameCube.

The amount of time required before discovering the nuances that make Final Fantasy XI such an intriguing world for fans of the massive multiplayer online role playing game genre is gargantuan. As such, this isn't a game for the masses, but for the diehards.

Forget about the delayed FPS juggernauts of "Half-Life 2" and "Doom3," and spend your hard earned dinero on a game that is as spectacularly beautiful and brilliantly executed as any FPS ever.

A gritty, top-notch, five-star effort that redefines stealth action gaming- again. If the single player missions don't keep your questionable video game skills in check, then the online multiplayer most definitely will.
