An intriguing RPG/Survival hybrid sandbox that invites you to experiment in the world it presents. Some technical hiccups interrupt the open world and the freeform nature definitely isn’t for everyone but if you are after something different, Kenshi is the very definition of that.- GameGrin

A satisfying colony-building sandbox with a lot of replayability that suffers from a lack of polish in the UI. A great aesthetic and quirky sci-fi take on the genre mean there is a lot to like here, it just takes a little digging to get there.- GameGrin

A fantastic example of world building done right, but a real test of patience even for veteran strategy gamers.- GameGrin

While we all wait for the inevitable porting of Super Mario Maker to Switch, BlockQuest Maker provides a perfectly serviceable alternative for anyone eager to create and share their own devious levels with friends and strangers alike.- GameGrin

Sloppy controls, an aimless direction, and atrocious level design hinders Dynamic Pixel's newest entry in the Hello Neighbor series from reaching the potential that many believe it has. While a whimsical art style and great performance across a variety of performance are great to see, Hide & Seek results in a forgettable and frustrating experience overall.- GameGrin

A fun MMO centric take on the survival crafting genre that Minecraft made famous. Solo players will still find the experience enjoyable, especially when paired with the unique play on the simplistic art style. While the importance of constantly checking the knowledges section within the menu becomes a bit annoying at times, Boundless remains a fun experience that fans of the genre will enjoy overall.- GameGrin

Insurgency: Sandstorm needs a bit more polish to be the outstanding sequel it should be but if you overlook the issues you'll find a fairly enjoyable multiplayer title.- GameGrin

While DOOM: VFR can be a fun game to play, the lack of ultra-violence and short playtime overshadow the fun that DOOM: VFR provides, especially at it's current price.- GameGrin

Guacamelee! 2 is a worthy sequel. DrinkBox has retained and refined everything from the predecessor, while adding a number of number new features that improve on the formula. An overabundance of platforming segments can be frustrating, but the combat is as fun and as hectic as ever!- GameGrin

A great game, but with no value added it isn’t worth buying over the mobile version. Too expensive for a game that’s best played on a mobile screen anyway.- GameGrin

A fun match-3 game featuring your favourite SEGA characters - and some other SEGA characters, too. At the moment there are no ads and it doesn’t try to trick you into spending money.- GameGrin

Dragon Quest XI: Echoes Of An Elusive Age is a perfect game, it sticks to with traditional JRPG roots while still bringing in a few new mechanics to freshen it up a bit.- GameGrin

Uncompromising to a fault, Below is a unique and often hauntingly beautiful game but its punishing design eventually becomes a tedious slog, sucking out any intrigue or enjoyment of its initial hours.- GameGrin

Even if you’ve exhausted all other options and are desperate for another turn-based strategy game on PS4, don’t give the sluggish, buggy and downright ugly Jagged Alliance: Rage a second thought. XCOM 2 this most certainly isn’t.- GameGrin

In its 3-4 hour playtime, GRIS won’t change the way you think about platformers, but with such a beautiful hand-painted art style and haunting score, it’s an exquisite mini masterpiece that heals the soul.- GameGrin

Despite the obvious cash-grab ‘Firestorm’ mode and the inevitable day one glitches that’ll need to be patched out, Battlefield V does a wonderful job at making a game players won’t soon forget (at least until the next one comes out). With interesting modes like ‘Grand Operations’, ‘Frontlines’, and the always classic ‘Conquest’, coupled with the heartfelt campaign’s the game as to offer, Battlefield V is definitely worth checking out.- GameGrin

I really wanted to like this game, and after the beta I was hoping there would be more to it than what they were testing. Unfortunately, there’s not, and there’s absolutely no way I could recommend buying this game. If you could pick it up for £10, sure, but four times that? No way.- GameGrin

Is ADIOS Amigo worth your time? No, not really. If you like atmospheric games then maybe, but I doubt that you’re just going to want to fly around in a game after spending 15 dollars on it. There’s a co-op option, so maybe there’s some humorous drunk playthroughs waiting there.- GameGrin

Just like the first part of the trilogy, this doesn’t change things up too much, rather it’s just another level in a similar style to before with a few bells and whistles added. By this point, you’ll already know if you do or don’t like Strange Brigade. This isn’t going to win over any new fans but If you don’t need winning over, you most likely already have this or you probably want to go get it.- GameGrin

Undoubtedly, there has been enjoyment had by enough people to warrant a Switch release, but the time and patience to do the simplest things without external help was just not for me. The few humorous lines of dialogue spouted by the guards and fellow inmates did little to put a shine over my miserable time with The Escapists.- GameGrin

An interesting experiment that fails to nail either side of the experience, it uses Fallout trappings to good effect and can be fun with great environmental storytelling and West Virginia itself is gorgeous. The lack of NPCs and overall cohesion along with lacklustre PvP hinder its identity, however.- GameGrin
