It’s fun and frantic, and has plenty of replayability. It just happens to sound poor and look dated.- GameGrin

The Expanse: A Telltale Series is a fun game that doesn’t stray from Telltale’s normal formula but is strong when viewed within that category. If you like the show or the books, you’ll get a kick out of it.- GameGrin

Despite the repetitiveness, Cattails does provide a lot of different things to do from romancing other cats, to starting your own community of cats. It offers something different from the usual RPG game and is well worth checking out if you are tired of the cookie cutter RPGs out there.- GameGrin

Silence is a charming if challenging adventure in a world of dreams with inventive, if sometimes harder than necessary, puzzles. The setting and a gorgeous aesthetic add to the charm. Great voicework with interesting characters make this worth a look.- GameGrin

A perfectly serviceable if underwhelming remaster that brings the Vita game to the PS4. A fine RPG that will keep you entertained but it’s definitely not the best the Ys series has to offer. A bit of a missed opportunity.- GameGrin

Sporting more interesting mechanics than you can shake an oversized sword at, Battle Chasers has a little bit of everything from classic turn-based JRPGs for everyone. Even though it loses the wow factor on subsequent runs, the dungeon delving has a lot to offer and can hide some rather sneaky secrets. Not a bad title by any means, only a little repetitive, despite its efforts to be otherwise.- GameGrin

A great RPG with an interesting backdrop and a ton of content, perfect for Digimon fans, with some issues that just can’t be overlooked for non-fans.- GameGrin

A huge open world game filled with Star Wars, and you don’t have to Force Choke it to make it fun.- GameGrin

All the plot points needed are resolved, however can feel rushed, with characters not really getting the development they deserve. At an hour and a half to play this could leave you wanting more, but will probably just leave you wondering what could have been.- GameGrin

Despite the possibility of predatory microtransactions, MultiVersus is currently on my daily login list: the fighting is fun, the characters are varied, and it gives me something to do every day.- GameGrin

Stikbold! is a beautifully unique party game at its core. Though a short campaign allows you to familiarize yourself to the gameplay, it’s lacking refinement to be considered worth much of your time. Multiplayer is where the game blossoms, it becomes an outstanding display of cartoon chaos. With so many different possibilities and room for further content, it’s best played with a gaggle of mates alongside you.- GameGrin

Despite the rocky start from its initial release in 2011, it looks like Bulletstorm is back on track with an overall decent remastering that fixes a lot, but leaves a little something to be desired. Still, this is definitely a title I had fun going back to and indeed, will have fun replaying again.- GameGrin

Do not get Wild Hearts on PC right now. The game itself is great, and something you should pick up if you want to get into monster hunting, but the garbage performance me and many other players have experienced cannot be excused.- GameGrin

An excellent adventure-puzzle game with a heavy macabre theme in an oil painting universe that keeps you so immersed you barely realise how much blood you spill until it is far too late, ultimately let down by bizarre puzzle solutions and issues with Flash player.- GameGrin

With a number of unlockables and different ways to improve your chances of survival, there are plenty of ways to play this title. Though the initial learning curve can be somewhat tough to get around it is worth as Nongunz is a satisfying title when you get the hang of it. Of course, it is not a game that will click with everyone but if it does you will absolutely love it.- GameGrin

This is a decent title that doesn't take itself too seriously. It’s not an epic saga, but it’s a nice little diversion and it’s worth a play.- GameGrin

The story is forgettable because of its generic nature and the visuals aren’t incredible, but Police Stories is about the tactical gameplay and having to make those split-second decisions as a police officer would. You’ll have a newfound respect for your local law enforcement once you realize how life and death their jobs can be.- GameGrin

With dark humour and comic violence, this is a game that will appeal to fans of puzzle platformers and schadenfreude alike. A great indie title that’s a worthy addition to anybody’s Steam library. Fantastic both in solo and co-op mode.- GameGrin

A great looking, challenging rogue-like game with a crazy heavy metal soundtrack to pump you up. Some people may be turned off because of the high difficulty, but if you keep with it, you will find your skill level will improve making the game easier.- GameGrin

There are issues with odd choices or explanation of game mechanics, but overall this is a great sequel to a cult classic. If you like the original then it’s highly likely you’ll be able to overlook the slight foibles like I did and have a great time with Evil Genius 2.- GameGrin

There’s a few hours to be whittled away in Drake Hollow. And can be a good blast with a friend or two, as it helps to mitigate the constant need to return to base, allowing for an explorer to do their thing, a builder to do theirs, and a battler their own. Unfortunately as a solo experience, it erred more toward frustration because of the timed mechanics.- GameGrin

Part Pikmin with a splash of Metroid, The Wild at Heart takes these concepts but never utilises them to their full extent. That said, it is fun in short bursts when you need to unwind. With a touching plot and beautiful hand-drawn visuals, this is an impressive first outing for developers Moonlight Kids.- GameGrin

Varney Lake is an interesting coming-of-age story with a supernatural twist. The characters were all fun and the interactions between the children were great. If you have a couple of hours to spare, check this pixel pulp story out and learn what happened in the summer of 1954.- GameGrin
