Apr 20, 2017Bulletstorm proves once again that shooters don't have to be dull, serious, overly long and grey. What we have here is a perfectly put together mix of linear action, notable setpieces and decent gunplay that is simply a joy to experience. You won't be climbing towers to unlock hunting missions, car races and assassinations. Instead you'll be wading through an army of enemies all seemingly eager to die in a myriad of silly ways and smiling every step of the way.

Apr 7, 2017Duke Nukem is a surprisingly snug fit in a game he wasn’t intended for.

Apr 6, 2017Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition is a stylish FPS that fans of the genre looking for something ‘outside of the box’ should enjoy.

May 30, 2017Killing with skill lifts Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition above the generic shooters it tries to parody.

Apr 10, 2017Ultimately, I recommend the game purely based on its fun factor. Some people may say it's too linear, but in an age of overly large open-world games, a bit of linearity is a breath of fresh air. I love moving from one mission to the next, using creative ways to kill my enemies but not having to worry about exhausting a bunch of checkpoints across a sprawling map. On the other hand, at $59.99 on console and $49.99 on PC I simply can't recommend you buy it at full price. This should be half that, at most, and should include the Duke Nukem DLC regardless of pre-order. I give the game a Hold on my Buy/Hold/Sell scale. Wait for a sale. One should come along soon enough.

Apr 23, 2017Bulletstorm is back and it is still as ridiculous as you remember. The Skillshot System provides an awesome challenge for FPS players who want something a little different than your typical military shooter.

Apr 12, 2017The remaster itself, tragically, is really quite good. It runs beautifully in 4K at a smooth 60 frames-per-second, with characters and environments that still look striking today. Aside from some occasionally buggy ally A.I., it’s polished up nicely, and I wish I could say it was worth rushing out to buy...At $59.99 however, with launch-day DLC besides, Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition is little more than a pisstake. And that’s that.
