Star Trek: Voyager - Across the Unknown has a lot to offer fans of the series, but might struggle to attract others thanks to the challenge and lack of interactivity.

A compelling game, being just short enough to not overstay it’s welcome.

Revenge of the Savage Planet is an excellent, goo-filled adventure with plenty to do on your journey from being a hapless fool to a genuine space hero.

Bombslinger is an updated take on a classic genre. The game's strengths come from the way it combines the arcade feel of its action with the brutal approach of the rogue-like genre. It's a simple game, but one that offers inventiveness and swathes of charm that should keep players sticking around for a long time after the credits roll.

Room to Grow stands apart from anything else available in the puzzle game market. It may not inspire a whole new era of puzzle gaming, but it does provide a novel and genuinely challenging experience.

There are some issues with the game, but they certainly don’t hamper the fun of smashing through the walls of Detroit.

Fury Unleashed is endlessly replayable and enormously satisfying with its appetising composition of big guns, big challenge, and even bigger rewards.

Whilst not an outstanding score, this game is still fun and I had a blast reviewing it. The pacing of the battles make it very accessible for the general player without much experience with strategy JRPGs. But with the mundanity of certain aspects of the game, pacing being off and with its current RSP. It’s hard to recommend unless on sale.

In an industry that likes to hold the player’s hand at every opportunity, telling them when and where to press certain buttons and use certain skills, a game not treating you like an idiot is a breath of fresh air. Some may want a little more from Circles, but the game has set out to accomplish a certain style and it does so with aplomb.

Risk System is a new take on a familiar genre, you are rewarded for being risky and taking chances. The game is challenging with boss battles that can feel unfair at times, making you want to give up.

Scene Investigators demands the attention of a real investigator, with the determination and knowledge to crack cases open. For the patient and studious, you’ll be greatly rewarded for your efforts.

Far Cry Primal is able to stand out from the pack, throwing in enough new and appealing additions along the way to warrant a full-game release.

A fun, if brief journey through an unsettling world, A Tale of Paper: Refolded takes inspiration from some of the genre’s best to create a title well worth playing.

It’s hard to talk about Pikuniku without giving too much away, so just know that it’s a fun little puzzle-platformer that doesn't take itself seriously.

This a super fun immersive game that is a must play for not only horror fans but anyone looking for a unique gaming experience!

Veritus is a great-looking and sounding game that feels like a retro title from the past. With no map, it can be quite challenging, but for this price, it is worth the frustration.

Hive Jump 2: Survivors is a fun time, with plenty of things to unlock and play with when killing alien bugs, but I just think that there isn’t anything that would make it stand out other than the ability to jump.

Fantastic art direction can’t save Cronos: The New Dawn from its boring gameplay, and awkward story.

Demon Lord: Just a Block is a roguelike action game where the world only moves as fast as you want it to. Your character moves one block at a time, so it moves as fast as you do. It’s so fun!

Attentat 1942 is a full-motion video game that hits you hard with a harrowing story and dozens of facts from the era. Although, the mini games are slightly lacking, they do create some tension for an overall exciting and interesting experience. A must play if you have an interest in history, and want to learn more about the German occupation of Czechoslovakia.

Klaus is a little too easy, and barely rakes in a few hours of gameplay unless you are a complete beginner, which can feel unrewarding. But it makes a refreshing change from frustratingly difficult titles, and serves as a pleasant way to experience plot in a surprising genre.

Kotama and Academy Citadel is a good metroidvania with stylish combat and an exciting world to explore. However, you may encounter some issues that can make your Caramel Star campaign more of a pain than it should.

Until Then is a story-rich adventure full of standouts: its beautiful pixel art, relatable protagonist, realistic character dynamics, and thoughtful representation of Filipino culture. It’s a coming-of-age tale worth experiencing.

The Flame in the Flood is a tough, yet very rewarding survival game that is infectious in its design, tempting players to keep going until their flame eventually dies out.

I found this to be too slow for my liking, but if you want a slow-paced game with lots of idle chit-chat and an occasional battle, then this might be right up your street. The sedate pace and minimalist mechanics will probably divide critics, but this one found it dull and unengaging.

Chorus is a veritable smorgasbord of action, exploration, and captivating story. One that I’ll enjoy for many moons to come.

Withering Rooms feels like a fresh take on the roguelike genre. A clunky combat system and a story that doesn’t quite draw players in aside, this is still an enjoyable game and a good first attempt for the developer.

Despite not standing out from other open-world driving games, The Crew Motorfest is certainly a fun, fast, and flashy arcade racer that has a wealth of content to keep gearheads busy for a long time to come!
