A disappointing romp through an underwhelming narrative from an unpleasant game. Overall, just a poor time. Has the potential to be decent, but is ultimately bogged down by the plethora of issues the base game forces upon it.

Avoid Alekhine’s Gun. There are much better games out right now that are actually worth your time and money. Hell, there’s a proper Hitman game out this month - go get that, it’s a fraction of the price! Alekhine’s Gun will not be remembered for its own efforts, but for the efforts of the Youtuber’s that will tear it apart.

Left Alive falls short in many areas. What could of been an interesting title ends up being one you best avoid.

The developers would do well to take notes from From Other Suns, and if they did so, I could see this game becoming something immersive and fun. For now I wouldn’t enjoy playing it for more than an hour, and even then it seems tedious.

With a mix of stale combat, rough translation, and no saving, Ship of Mist has an interesting core concept, but the execution falls flat to the point that I cannot recommend.

Ego Protocol: Remastered is a tile-sliding Lemmings-like that offers about as much excitement as a geriatric knitting club. Outside of some temperamental controls and poor use of its sci-fi theme however, there’s not much to highlight as a real issue. It’s not offensive enough to incite mass riots but it still feels like a chore every step of the way.

The contentless husk of an MMO with uninteresting mechanics and a progression system with no rewards.

Knee Deep is a game that certainly tries to bring its world to life, but overall, doesn't make it past the first hurdle. A narrative focused title that isn't gripping nor riveting, Knee Deep shows us the negative side of storytelling.

Copycat has visual charm and enjoyable cat-based gameplay, but with a short runtime and poorly executed story, it isn’t worth your time, especially if you love cats.

Having 64 endings seems excessive when the vast majority of them aren’t worth going through the tedious mini-games for.

This game will likely make such a fleeting appearance in your life that it’ll disappear under the TV stand or behind the sofa. Sadly, a disappointment on many fronts.

Periodically beautiful yet consistently broken, Generation Zero’s brand of monotonous, sterile and bug-riddled open-world first-person shooting is something that you should avoid at all costs.

Unstoppable isn’t very fun and lacks some very basic functionalities, making it a frustrating and boring experience.

Avatar: The Last Airbender - Quest for Balance feels like an incomplete port of a mobile game that was retextured. It definitely isn’t worth £39.99 and I wouldn’t recommend it even if it was free.

Like the island in the title, Skull Island: Rise of Kong should be left alone by anyone curious enough to buy, play, and refund the game.

Lost in Tropics is barely a survival game and I can’t even tell it was a roguelite. There are better games that will last you longer than three real weeks than the three in-game weeks this game asks of you.

ELEX is a broken, messy game that might have some interesting ideas deep down but they won't save it. Honestly you are better of avoiding or waiting for the developers to maybe save this title.

Flix and Chill 2: Millennials attempts to give an insight into millennial culture and issues that affect the younger generation. Instead the game either misses its own point or is just comical in its delivery. There is very little game here. It is possible to finish in under two hours and with the lack of any mechanics, other than dialogue choices that may or may not even yield a different result, Flix and Chill 2: Millennials feels very lackluster.

Is ADIOS Amigo worth your time? No, not really. If you like atmospheric games then maybe, but I doubt that you’re just going to want to fly around in a game after spending 15 dollars on it. There’s a co-op option, so maybe there’s some humorous drunk playthroughs waiting there.

Rogue Continuum is an ugly game. Unfortunately, here you can judge the book by its cover, as the top-down shooter at its core is unbalanced, repetitive and unsurprising.

My final thoughts are that I appreciate the effort and difficulty of breaking into such a new area. I did not enjoy playing the game, however, and were it not for my desire to support aspiring artists, I would not spend money on this game. With all of this in mind, I still believe the developers should keep trying, as I see some promise in their concepts, but if this was their first try, which I believe to be the case, then it's not that surprising that it didn't land.

Shocking, controversial, technically broken, brutally forward with its presentation, and forwardly present in its mechanics, Martha is Dead wants nothing but a shocked gasp and an article made about its material. Mission accomplished, but at the cost of integrity.

I can’t think of a single redeeming feature about this game. It’s about as entertaining as a night out in Milton Keynes. Poor controls, lazy graphics, very little gameplay and everything is just a long, drawn out frustration.

Roarr! The Adventures of Rampage Rex - Jurassic Edition doesn't have a lot going for it. Dull gameplay paired with technical problems and a hideous soundtrack makes this Switch title – despite the cheap price tag – one to avoid.

Is Metal Gear Survive worth it? Oh yeah, totally. Game of the Year. Honestly, I don’t know why you haven’t bought it yet! Death Stranding won’t be able to compete with this. Sarcasm aside, don’t buy this game, just don’t. Yeah, the environments and visuals are kind of neato and the feeling of helplessness certainly comes across, but it’s just a clusterf**k.

If you really hate someone, then gift this to them on Steam but if not, then don’t bother. I wasted seven hours of my life playing this so you don’t have to.
