R.U.S.E. isn't doing anything particularly groundbreaking in the world of RTS, but in the world of console gameplay, it is doing well to stand apart.

It's a simple game to figure out and it just doesn't feel all that rewarding to play through. There are very few puzzles in it. Most of the time simply exploring an area is passed off as the puzzle. Have the game's developers lost faith in their audience? We want depth, we want frustratingly obtuse symbol puzzles.

A fun little game that should not be overlooked if one is looking for a cheap yet satisfying game.

The combat is certainly a bit repetitive, but you don't ever notice it much because it's also a lot of fun - and fun combat is key in a game about a bounty hunter.

If you’ve enjoyed space sims in the past and don’t mind the simplified combat engine then go for it. With its intuitive controls, attractive graphics, and lofty scope, E&B has a lot to offer the right gamer.

It’s ribaldry and bathroom humor told with tongue planted firmly in cheek or perhaps hand planted provocatively in pants – take your pick.

Perhaps my highest compliment is that on a beautiful spring evening, I actually succumbed to the dreaded “one more turn” syndrome. This goes to prove that in a niche market that caters to hardcore stats junkies, Making History is a game every World War strategy fan can enjoy.

I’m really kind of embarrassed that I’m giving this game such a high score. I thought I was going to hate it, but I really liked it. Now all they need to do is combine the hand motion dancing from this game with a DDR style game to get the full body involved and you’ll have a really hard and involved dancing game on your hands.

One of the rather useless parts they have added to the game was the clothes, accessories and being able to change your character. I found this to be something that seemed like an addition thrown in to try and add value to the game, but who wants to spend time picking out a new outfit when you could be racing.

Any fan of the legendary Rocky movies will no doubt get a kick out of hearing the familiar music behind the memorable characters in the series so well represented in this game.

There really is a solid game here – it just that the timing is all off.

A surprisingly addictive and enjoyable game that starts off rather slow, and then quickly sucks the gamer in with its high-intensity tower defense gameplay.

A great expansion to the base game Zoo Tycoon 2. The additional animals as well as features like training your new animals and having them perform for your guests is great. The added zoo locations and landscaping features make for more variety and a better looking zoo for you to build.

It all gets kind of boring about halfway through, especially after those hallucinations make you a little too dizzy.

But I do think that there are a lot of gamers out there, especially kids, who will have a blast with Little League World Series 2008.

A must-have collectible for the nostalgic gamer who yearns for the yesteryears of gaming - everyone else should probably skip it.

With sub-par designs, weak sound effects and a thin storyline, it is doomed to end up on the bargain bin sooner or later.

What it lacks in fancy music and top-notch graphics it makes up for by allowing you to slip on the green skin of The Hulk and crush everything in sight. While it won’t be the kind of game you will play for many days straight, it is a fun distraction.

The sheer simplicity in Safecracker: The Ultimate Puzzle Adventure is its greatest asset; easy to maneuver around and gets right into the logic puzzles that are the mainstay of the game.

With a great audio/visual style, but lackluster mechanics and replay value, only true fans of the movie need apply.

And as a huge Aerosmith fan, I certainly enjoyed having most of my favorite songs compiled into a single game, but ultimately this game is nothing more than a tribute to Aerosmith and you had better be a big fan if you want to play, otherwise, save your cash and spend it on song downloads you really like.

With 52 levels and four different locales for your cities to flourish in, Virtual City 2: Paradise Resort is one of the more challenging G5 Entertainment titles to be introduced, but it's also one that will keep you entertained for hours on end. You'll soon learn to love the complexity and involving gameplay that makes it so great. Sadly, this is not a universal app so if you do own an iPad make sure to get the HD version.

Sierra has done a great job of keeping the turn based game going at a good clip and reduced the waiting times as much as humanly possible.

Once you've had a taste of sweet cel-shaded transformer action Invasion simply smacks of a tired FPS game that has been done to death.

Personally, Aby Escape came out at just the right time. I love Temple Run and games like Temple Run but was getting pretty tired of that game. This is a fresh visual take on the classic run-until-you're-caught gameplay loaded with charm, great art style, cheery music, and addictive gameplay. And best of all, it's free unless you want to pay to unlock stuff faster.

All in all, The Sims 3 for the DS is probably the most worthwhile handheld port of the series yet, and gamers who want to play the Sims but don't have a game-worthy computer or stationary console system can finally enjoy some of the proper Sims experience. If you've already got the heftier PC or console versions, though, I wouldn't bother unless you're really dying to Sim on the go.

A fine addition to the long running series, but it doesn't do anything new or groundbreaking. It’s more of the same, and for many that's exactly what they are looking for.

Whimsical, lighthearted, and youngster-friendly, Pirates of the Caribbean online can be an enjoyable swashbuckling diversion for the entire family, especially if you’re planning to plunder the seas together as a crew.
