Fell Seal: Arbiter’s Mark does not reinvent the whole tactical RPG world but it surely does a very good job at some of its main aspects, namely at customization and at giving a whole lot of reasons for the player to look at the screen with all its gorgeous elements. If it's true that the plot and some of its mechanics need improvement, Fell Seal: Arbiter’s Mark does not need to copy previous games to make a name on its own.- FNintendo

Raiden V: Director's Cut is an expanded version of the fifth chapter of one of the most famous classic shoot'em-up series. It certainly does a good job at defending its heritage, with its frantic and fast-paced action and co-op options which give a major contribution to make this one of the best shoot'em-ups to be made available in the Nintendo Switch catalogue.- FNintendo

The fourth chapter of the Trine series features a beautiful audiovisual environment, a very wide ranging multiplayer component and many dynamic, stimulating puzzles. This latest chapter is certain to leave its players absolutely charmed and brings the Trine series back to a land of wonder.- FNintendo

Ring Fit Adventure could have simply been a plain fitness app but Nintendo would never let that happen. Ring Fit Adventure is an RPG where instead of a directional joystick and tapping of buttons, the player uses physical exercise to advance and it works like a charm where everything fits and flows just right and the addictive, well-designed and masterfully crafted experience that it is.- FNintendo

Not only it's the best chapter for anyone to get into the Atelier series, it also features what is probably the best alchemy and combat systems. A major step forward in the series which is more than worthy of the players' time and dedication.- FNintendo

Overwatch on the Nintendo Switch wants to fill a gap when it comes to one of the most popular contemporary games in a Nintendo console and while fans of the series will certainly appreciate the opportunity, this version feels severely harmed when compared to others. Its framerate drop, already half of that in other versions, downgrades the visual experience and the bugs that happen on the game's graphics make this feel like a subpar version. There's also no crossplatform compatibility, which leaves this version on the Switch rather isolated compared to the others.- FNintendo

Yooka-Laylee and the Impossible Lair may not recreate the whole platforming genre but the experience included in this game is nothing short of welcoming for both fans of platform games and beginners. Boasting a world that's a pleasure to explore along with a humorous dialogue that's full of personality, Yooka-Laylee's spin-off is a delight to play and a recommended work for everyone.- FNintendo

The arrival of GRID Autosport in the Nintendo Switch catalogue represents a rare moment where a driving simulator lands in a Nintendo console, something which had not happened in a long time. GRID's plentiful content, its challenging and tough gameplay and the possibility to select between a better visual performance or a more fluid game experience make this one of the finest driving games on the Nintendo Switch.- FNintendo

Irony Curtain: From Matryoshka with Love is a point and click adventure that does not overthrow the system but which fulfills most of its production quotas – with its gorgeous artwork and visual environment, absurd and satirical plot and attention to detail, it will get players going around to catch every piece of communist propaganda that Matryoshka produces. Sometimes for a bit too long, as it's easy to slip on something important for the plot development.- FNintendo

Little Town Hero is an RPG whose main asset is an original and challenging combat system, as well as the added bonus of its high quality soundtrack. Little Town Hero does not stand up to the highest thresholds, however, on account of a rather bare plot, short length and overall lack of ambition, which makes this an experience that feels somewhat half-complete, as it could have gone much further and led to a more enriching experience.- FNintendo

The experience of playing Candleman is as charming as it is simple. An action-adventure game with puzzles, designed around a candle questioning their reasons to live seems unusual enough but Candleman's level design and puzzles, which fit like a glove on the Nintendo Switch format, make this game something any player can immediately get attached to. Candleman would be an even better experience if it was more ambitious and went beyond its base concepts.- FNintendo

A mixture between a beat'em-up, a shoot'em-up and an RPG might not sound like the most workable formula but Full Metal Furies manages to do just that while presenting a fun experience, especially in its co-op component. Thanks to its very robust combat system and well written plot, Full Metal Furies delivers what is certain to be an instant hit with fans of co-op experiences.- FNintendo

Hellmut: The Badass from Hell is an experience that will make the player go through a demanding, difficult adventure rich in characters and items, as well as in its replay factor given that the levels are generated on a procedural basis. Less welcoming for newbie players, its difficulty level can get quite demanding and the audiovisual environment stands out as lacklustre, but dedicated players will find something they can engage with for a healthy amount of time.- FNintendo

Trouserheart is yet another passable mobile-to-Switch conversion that adds very little compared to the original game. Although the plot is enjoyable for its humour, in every other aspect Trouserheart does not come out on top, whether for its price (way too high for what's on offer), an outdated audiovisual environment or a repetitive experience. As it is, there are quit a few other games which are much more enjoyable than Trouserheart.- FNintendo

The Full Motion Video experience of The Shapeshifting Detective stands its ground quite well on the Nintendo Switch. The game's environment is riddled with mystery and suspense and the capacity of the protagonist to transform into any character are obvious selling points. With more interactivity and a better structured plot, The Shapeshifting Detective could be a very recommended game but as it is, it's mostly an interesting experience with some involving elements.- FNintendo

If the concept and humour are Godly Corp's best assets its frustrating controls, lack of a multiplayer component and feeling of repetitiveness turn out to be obstacles on its path but all factors considered, this is still an enjoyable work and in the right mindset, most players will get many sincere and healthy laughs out of this game.- FNintendo

My Big Sister might not be the most enthralling masterpiece ever made but this production is not without its charm and value, namely its plot with multiple endings and art style. Those looking forward for its puzzles will find them too similar and its lifespan could certainly use an improvement but My Big Sister stands out when it comes to quality of its writing and character interaction.- FNintendo

Boreal Blade brings a gameplay based on melee fighting to a multiplayer-only experience, both online and local. The game gets the combat right, as it works quite well and it's simple enough to learn quickly. There's also plenty of customization options and the demo shares the servers with the full game. However there's also too many connection problems and the game's online community is still small, which can end up harming the experience.- FNintendo

Despite its excessive simplicity when it comes to combat and the lack of customization choices, the game features a captivating art style and does a good job when it comes to the survival experience. Pity it doesn't go all the way towards excelling in all its other elements.- FNintendo

Headliner: NoviNews puts the player in a newspaper desk with the power to decide which stories will be published and along with this, the responsibility of taking major decisions that affect other characters' lives. This is the major selling point of Headliner: NoviNews and at the same time, it's also what will put it off for other players who will find this concept less appealing. Nevertheless and despite some less enthusiastic aspects of this game, players who dedicate themselves will be motivated into taking this experience further and further.- FNintendo

There are good ideas behind Shadow of Loot Box and it's certainly something to praise that the game intends to lampoon some contemporary game conventions which are far from gathering a unanimous appeal. Unfortunately this idea is poorly implemented and this FPS with RPG elements turns out to be a game that is way too simplistic and affected by faulty controls. Beyond a promising first level, Shadow of Loot Box quickly comes down and ends up losing its main selling points.- FNintendo

If Pantsu Hunter: Back to the 90s has its heart on the right place when it comes to delivering an experience that is strong on the nostalgia factor, the gameplay is anything but captivating. With rather dull puzzles, a somewhat poor structure and overall uninteresting elements, this point n'click adventure ends up becoming more of a disappointment rather than an engaging work.- FNintendo

NBA 2K on the Nintendo Switch brings a lot of welcome elements, from the variety of game modes to the presence of the WNBA as well as its expected fluid gameplay, fans of basketball games have plenty to look forward here. The microtransactions in this game, though, will give the impression that they are not much more than gambling and that sticks out like a sore thumb. Were it not for that, NBA 2K is plentiful in content that will leave basketball fans very satisfied with this new contribution for the Nintendo Switch catalogue.- FNintendo

Timespinner is a Metroidvania-style game that displays some obvious 16-bit inspirations along with a marvelous visual environment. Fans of the style will be delighted and while it is not the most content-packed or longest game ever made, Timespinner knows when to draw the line and offers a good amount of exploration that doesn't force itself for too long, the result is an interesting game that is more than worthy of attention.- FNintendo

With a world of neon-clad cyberpunk aesthetics, fast-paced action and an enthralling soundtrack, Sayonara Wild Hearts delivers a riveting experience that will make the player want so much more, as the game's only frustration derives from the short length of each level. Sayonara Wild Hearts demonstrates how a remarkable game does not need to borrow from the AAA formula of colossal worlds and hundred-hour gameplay experiences when something so bright and enveloping is enough.- FNintendo

It certainly gets things right and its performance, whether on the Switch screen or on a television screen, is very good. On the other hand, the enemy's AI displays some incomprehensible mistakes and the visual discrepancies on the maps make the experience less enjoyable than it could be, at the same time that the action moments in the game's semi-open world structure fall below par. A decent effort, nevertheless, and a game that can provide for some good hours of fun.- FNintendo

If at its core, the game itself remains good - it is, after all, the same as FIFA 19 - the product being sold under this name is simply not what EA should be presenting to its consumers. While updated squads and jerseys fit perfectly with the idea of a regular update to a football simulation, charging a full game's price for nothing but an update is simply unacceptable.- FNintendo

While it does a good job at being a Space Invaders' contemporary variant, it also suffers from some flaws which end up harming the experience, namely the lack of flexibility at offering quick game sessions and its rather frustrating difficulty level, which risk drawing the public away to other retro-inspired shoot'em ups in the Nintendo Switch eShop.- FNintendo

Golazo! does not deliver a serious football simulation and that's fine - fun and intense moments is all what this game is about, with its dribbling and tackling moves, enjoyable local multiplayer (pity for the lack of online though) and overall sense of satisfaction of a few hours well spent. Some technical issues need to be addressed and the emphasis on a more action/arcade experience will leave out more committed fans of the king of sports but Golazo! is more than able to provide some hours of less than serious fun.- FNintendo

Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus R could not be more crafted to the position of favourite version of Guilty Gear XX. Indeed, it features everything it should: very enjoyable and stylish combats, a soundtrack that's as varied as it is outstanding and a healthy dose of both nostalgia and value and the result is a fighting game that does nearly everything right.- FNintendo
