Featuring a good level design, gameplay, plenty of content and good visual production values, Sine Mora EX could almost be an instant classic if it were not for a few elements, such as its subpar soundtrack and lack of variety of its vehicles but nevertheless it remains a fine game.- FNintendo

The Flame in the Flood's survival mechanics are worthy of praise. The game has a very well-made background world and an interesting crafting system that puts the players in the middle of the game's concept. However not all of the game's elements are as outstanding and it often feels that it doesn't fully live up to its potential. Nevertheless, dedicated players will be closely around The Flame in the Flood for a long time.- FNintendo

What Robonauts lacks in charisma and story-telling it more than makes up with its gameplay. Intense, fast paced and with a demanding difficulty level, Robonauts will keep players close to it for a long time and its recipe of adding platforming action to a shoot and run game works like a charm.- FNintendo

Pankapu has an interesting plot and a very good visual presentation going for it but the game's execution ends up falling in a rather repetitive line that has been seen before many times. For skilled players, the difficulty level will certainly be a welcome asset but more care and variety could have gone into the game's level design.- FNintendo

Fire Emblem Warriors on the New Nintendo 3DS is mostly the same game that can also be found on the Nintendo Switch but the conversion feels a lot more like a downgrade than it should. While both systems are obviously different, there are several elements on this version that feel botched compared to the original and while this does not harm the overall experience, it does pose some questions, including the reason why the cooperative mode was scrapped.- FNintendo

Squareboy vs Bullies: Arena Edition represents a genre that barely exists in the Nintendo Switch, which by itself is positive. That being said, the game doesn't fully deliver what it could on many levels and beyond perhaps a few minutes of fun, there's no reason to prefer this over the game that inspires it, or many others of the same style.- FNintendo

Super Mario Odyssey takes everything that made its predecessors masterpieces of gaming and blends them together into an unforgettable, new and unique experience that packs an absurd amount of content and which will keep players clinging on to it for many, many wonderful hours to come. An absolute monument of a game that gets everything right and which comes down to not only one of the greatest games of this generation but one of the greatest games of all time.- FNintendo

Piczle Lines DX brings a fun and challenging concept to the puzzle game genre and resembles a crossover between Picross and Sudoku. It does a good use of the Nintendo Switch capabilities, namely of its touch screen but it could use more game modes for its price and it would benefit from a multiplayer mode.- FNintendo

Its plot could be more involving and it feels too long on several moments, while the characters certainly won't become the player's darlings but Golf Story's redeeming factors can cover part of its shortcomings and create an interesting mixture of an RPG and golf.- FNintendo

Ninja Shodown is frantic, action-packed and undeniably frustrating. A relatively short game that will take a long time to get the hold of, it could improve on some details of its moves, especially the combos and attack detection, even if these flaws become less significant in its much more enjoyable multiplayer experience.- FNintendo

The gameplay remains intact and unchanged but the lack of support for the touch screen and screen pointers for the television screen make the interaction less involving, while keeping the screen the same size as its 3DS counterparts makes its direction difficult to understand.- FNintendo

Fire Emblem Warriors fits the original series well and features an immense amount of content, as well as a wide number of characters to choose from and an exquisite soundtrack. What it features in quantity, however, does not exactly match its quality and some variety in this aspect would be more appreciated but nevertheless, this is a very good take on the musou genre and one that is loyal to the legacy of the Fire Emblem series.- FNintendo

Astro Bears Party is not a very ambitious game and it could perfectly fit within a bigger production. It still manages to bring some fun to a multiplayer session for a very short amount of time before falling into an overwhelming feeling of monotony, mostly due to its lack of content.- FNintendo

Chicken Wiggle is a retro-styled 2D platformer, which is not the most original of concepts but it has a value of its own, especially when considering its online component and level editor, which do a very competent work at making this game a memorable experience. Despite the game's shortcomings, it still has a lot going for it, including its audiovisual component and a simple, intuitive gameplay.- FNintendo

Neurovoider takes a bold step forward and brings RPG and shooting elements into a roguelike game, a recipe that works surprisingly well. Action-packed, frantic and nerve-wrecking at times, Neurovoider could use a more balanced sense of progression and difficulty but it's certainly on the right path.- FNintendo

INVERSUS Deluxe is a fun game that is quick to get into and provides a good multiplayer experience. It might not be as rewarding as one could wish but overall, the game offers a series of options that make it fun enough to be worth spending several hours with, especially on local multiplayer and with several friends thrown in the mix.- FNintendo

Thimbleweed Park brings back the point and click genre for a fun and well developed effort full of good sense of humour and interesting puzzles to solve. While it feels like it would be a big improvement if it could be played in a way more akin to the games it's paying tribute to, Thimbleweed Park will leave no one disappointed.- FNintendo

The gameplay is too empty, the lifespan way too short and the controllers below par for this to be considered a decent effort and the lack of a soundtrack only reinforces the idea that this is not a complete game but rather a tech demo.- FNintendo

FIFA 18 on the Nintendo Switch is a mixed blessing. It works like a charm on handheld mode and in this regard, it's the best FIFA game ever released on a Nintendo platform...but its technical limitations and lack of content compared to the other versions of the same game make it seem like it could have gone much further. A particularly disappointing element is the lack of online play against friends, whose absence is impossible to understand.- FNintendo

Ironcast is an interesting, competent and addictive roguelike game that will be welcoming to those who enjoy taking a long look at their elements before they go into combat. It does suffer from its nature, as the random missions can harm the game's difficulty and after a while, a certain lack of variety starts to become apparent but the overall gameplay experience is worthy of note.- FNintendo

SteamWorld Dig 2 does everything the original did and outperforms it in every single measure. Thanks to its magnificent level design and very well implemented gameplay mechanics, Dig 2 is a compulsory purchase and anything that could ever be asked from a sequel.- FNintendo

Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser’s Minions remasters the original game but doesn't settle for that, adding a new Minion Quest mode and makes the original look slicker and more polished. This effort to bring the game to the current generation works like a charm, as the plot remains fun and welcome to dabble in and the game's variety makes it a very welcome addition to the Nintendo 3DS library.- FNintendo

Lichtspeer: Double Speer Edition is based on a good idea and its gameplay is certain to attract players for some time. It also hits a wall at one moment, as the countless deaths and necessary repetition will push many players away and risks being finished mostly to fight frustration.- FNintendo

Kingdom: New Lands may look impressive and feature a very immersive sound component but the game's limits become visible early on, when its simplicity turns more into an obstacle than an asset. The feeling of repetitiveness also becomes dominant early on, which doesn't contribute for an experience that at first seems to set the stage for something grand and ambitious.- FNintendo
