Despite the interesting driving model, the lack of content and the creepy visuals make Alive a terrible game.

A great "HD Edition", with some interesting additions regarding boss battles from the second chapter and a functional control scheme.

Fable's wide open world is beautifully designed and wonderful to explore. The programming effort to shape the destiny of a nation in a fantasy setting was achieved only in part though. While its deep social interaction shines, the real gameplay is flawed by poor and uninteresting mechanics, from the quests to the shallow combat system.

Simply one of the ugliest games for DS and for this generation of consoles.

DiRT 3 is simply the best rally game trough the current generation. Despite not being truly simulative the game can count upon an incredible variety of events and an impressive graphic engine.

Geralt of Rivia fights against monsters of supernatural and human nature in this not-so-flawless but visually stunning and innovative RPG. While trying to save, not one, but four Realms at once, he also achieves the most difficult task of his career: redefining a whole videogame genre.

Yar's Revenge has nothing that doesn't work. It's simply a videogame that offers too little.

Proposed as an encounter between Ikaruga and Prince of Persia, Outland disappoints most of the expectations. The excellent graphics package, the opposition between light and shade, isn't enough to hide a gameplay often understated. Outland conflicts with a level design unable to enhance the gameplay. A good fighting system and memorable boss battles help a little.

Thanks to the singing section, the multiplayer and the quality of trackist, Michael Jackson: The Experience, reaches sufficiency. However, it remains recommended only to fans of the genre.

Thor: God of Thunder is an ugly game. The gameplay mechanics do not work properly and a poor visual style subtends the entire walktrough. "Boring" is the only word to describe this tie-in.

Dynasty Warriors 7 is the same even this year: same repetitive-button mashing gameplay, same old graphics engine. Despite the story and the cultural facts behind a truly no-sense game, especially in 2011.

By partially abandoning the arcade style SEGA has made a bad choice. Virtua Tennis 4 is flawed in many ways, from its unresponsive control scheme to the poor use of the motion controls. Not the best way to enjoy tennis on Wii.

Brink is a good multiplayer game dedicated especially to online gaming's addicted. A well-implemented objective/class structure is a bit ruined by the lack of precision in the shooting component of gameplay.

Red River places one step above Dragon Rising. The game adds some new features that give the title more accessibility, but it lacks in general refinement. AI is poor and so are the graphics and some of the tactical mechanics. Coop mode works well but is not the perfect replacement for PvP, which is totally absent in the game.

Rayman 3D is the umpteenth version of Rayman 2: quite entertaining for its gameplay, largely despicable for its graphics. The title still retains some historic value, but it's not certainly this 3D episode the best way to enjoy it.
