Chronos is an interesting adventure, that tries to adapt a classic format to the new Virtual Reality language. It has also some innovative features related to character progression, that shines above any other aspects of the game.

Tumblestone is a nice three match game, with some original ideas and a great longevity. Despite that the artistic design is poor and the game it's totally overpriced.

Necropolis is saved by a strong sense of challenge, and by the resource management system, the only mechanism that meets happily with procedural design of the production.

Ghosbusters is the perfect recipe for boredom. There is nothing wrong in its basic mechanics, but the pace is soporific, the level design is too linear, and the situations are the same over the entire course of the story. It is, in the end, a gaming monster to flee from, no matter what.

Same old Pro Cycling Manager: the great managing experience is counterbalanced by a mediocre technical realization that, once again, stresses the team's inability to renew its creature.

Pokemon Go is not a great game. Some important features are missing and bugs are way too frequent. Still, the social implications of Niantic's app are impressive. This game has changed forever the augmented reality market and reshaped the mobile gaming landscape.

Lucky's Tale is not a traditional platform. Is the demonstration that Virtual Reality can enhance even the classic genres and speak its own interactive language. A great start for Oculus Rift's Line Up.

I Am Setsuna is a nostalgic JRPG: it takes Chrono Trigger's gameplay and puts it into a fascinating setting. The adventure is brief but enthralling, and the game represents a great debut for the Tokyo RPG Factory, a little Team Square-Enix assembled to create old school game experiences.

Kill Strain was conceived as an "asymmetric MOBA" with a Twin Stick control scheme. It is an unbalanced battle arena with a sloppy graphic and an impressive scarcity of contents.

Insomniac Games delivers a traditional Metroidvania with a pleasant atmosphere and an intelligent use of backtracking. Song of the Deep is a solid adventure, with some memorable boss fights and a complex level design.

Francisco returns on the scene with another metroidvania, adding, in order to renew the genre, rogue-like elements. The result is satisfying but imperfect, especially as regards the balance. It represents a shooter inspired exponent of the genre, with a slight irony that lies underneath and involves the player. If you’re a fan, you’d better have a look at it.

Kinect has been an unlucky device. Fru is a real masterpiece, a brilliant game everyone should try and share. Through Games delivers Kinect's Killer App: too bad they are few years late.
