At its core, Diabolical Pitch showcases how a smaller game should be structured - with regards to both the game idea and distribution channels. But at the end of the day all you can do is play locally with a friend and aim for the leaderboards, and that's simply not enough. A promising idea isn't enough to automatically be a homerun.- Eurogamer Sweden

Graffiti and inlines aren't as cool today as they were twelve years ago and sadly enough, the game mechanics and controls haven't aged very well. This is compensated for to some extent by the presentation and how Jet Set Radio HD becomes an interesting chronicle of a time long gone. It doesn't stand up to the games of today and new players might not enjoy it as much as the ones who played the original back in the days.- Eurogamer Sweden

The Bejeweled series returns with a fifth installment, incorporating the series classic gameplay along with the spin-off Bejeweled Twist, also adding local and online multiplayer. While the simple and catchy gameplay offers adequate fun, the lack of depth makes for short and unsatisfying sessions. Multiplayer adds a well-needed boost and in the end makes Bejeweled Blitz LIVE worth your while.- Eurogamer Sweden

Virtua Tennis 4: World Tour Edition is a good tennis game at heart, and the series has been criticised far too much in the past. However, the Vita edition doesn't bring too much to the table, but feel free to check it out if you absolutely need a game of tennis on the go.- Eurogamer Sweden

An attempt to bring a classic game to a new audience that early on looks like a solid and fun game, but after a while shows its not so polished design. What was addictive and challenging in the early 1980's does not fly today. The somewhat cluncky, unprecise controls and inconsistent difficulty level makes Choplifter HD a games that initially lifts off with confidence but crashes halfway through and never really gets some air beneath its rotors.- Eurogamer Sweden

Red Faction: Armageddon suffers from a linear and uninspiring level design that unfortunately drags down the fun a bit. But the destruction mechanics are as excellent as always.- Eurogamer Sweden

The 3rd Birthday is a good attempt at reviving an old franchise, but the content doesn't quite fit the format. Controls are clunky and dependant on your view, and there is some questionable content in the game. However, the interesting combat, story and gorgeous cut-scenes do make for a good thrill ride.- Eurogamer Sweden

There is nothing wrong with Homefront from a technical point of view, but as a whole the game feels incomplete. The extremly short single player campaign and the large but anonymous multiplayer mode gives me the feeling that something is askew, and that I'm missing out on a great experience.- Eurogamer Sweden

A charismatic but simple turn based strategy game. Skulls of the Shogun gives more laughs than tactical resistance, but is easy to learn and fun to play against friends.- Eurogamer Sweden

On one hand the game makes me laugh a couple of times, on the other hand it feels like an ancient beast from the 90's - it even lacks online multiplayer. If you already enjoy Family Guy, you will probably have a good time with this game; if you don't you most likely won't.- Eurogamer Sweden

An arrow straight to the heart of nostalgia. Midway Arcade Origins serves up 30ish memorable arcade classics in a neat package. A few games are still bad, as they were back then, but most games are still quite good. Backbone Entertainment has lovingly transferred the games onto new formats with their usual sense of detail.- Eurogamer Sweden

The highly anticipated return to Dunwall gets tainted by the fact that Dishonored's sum is greater than its parts. When these parts are separated from each other in uneven trial the brilliance is somewhat lost. Great concept art sketches, though.- Eurogamer Sweden

Cabela's Dangerous Hunts 2011 may have some obvious flaws, like the inept plastic controller and some bug issues, but the overall charm and playful jibes at political correctness is quite refreshing. Video games are about living in a fantasy world, right, and where else can you wreak havoc on endangered species in such a vulgar fashion?- Eurogamer Sweden

Though it's still the competent RTS game it has always been, it can’t be avoided that the age in Age of Empires II has become apparent. The HD edition shows once again why the game is a classic, but besides a functional multiplayer lobby it just doesn’t add enough to warrant the price tag.- Eurogamer Sweden

The lack of proper tutorials for newcomers makes the game way too hard from the start for anyone that doesn't understand baseball. There's a great sports game in there, but it's hidden behind a steep learning curve and the lack of assistance from the game. If you're up for the challenge you'll probably be pleasantly surprised. I however will let the dream of baseball remain just a dream.- Eurogamer Sweden

What Defiance lacks in finesse it makes up for in content. The game is brimming with stuff to do but sadly there's no variety what so ever. In the end there is just no incentive to continue playing.- Eurogamer Sweden

A great story and an entertaining game as long as I'm playing by myself. When the massive online part comes into play the experience starts to fall apart and the lack of tools to communicate with and a very poor player versus player component makes it hard to see anyone continue paying to play this for very long. It is different and interesting though, so giving it a try for the first free month included is still recommended.- Eurogamer Sweden

Dood's Big Adventure contains a lot of positive things, such as the possibility to design almost everything in the game, and also the mini game Pen Panic. On the other hand it's really just a collection of mini games that never goes deep enough.- Eurogamer Sweden

This is almost a whole other game than the previous Ninja Gaiden 3, in a good way. The fighting, variation and difficulty level have all improved a lot, but some of the old flaws like boring level design and dull story are still there. Razor's Edge sure is worth playing if you like Ninja Gaiden, but keep in mind that it's still the weakest link in the series.- Eurogamer Sweden

Krater is an action RPG, set in an apocalyptic Sweden, that puts you in charge of a group of mercenaries intent on misbehaving for money. Despite excellent production values and bizarre humor, the game play might be too shallow to keep your interest for long.- Eurogamer Sweden

The developers at Konami have learnt a few lessons last game and the result is better than the previous one. But there's still a lot of room for improvement. This isn't the ultimate portable football game, but it's okay.- Eurogamer Sweden

Cars 2 is no Mario Kart-killer, but it's an okay game for us who don't have the Wii and Marios cart-racer. The game is challenging, has a good turbo-system and is great fun when played with a couple of friends.- Eurogamer Sweden

Patapon 3 doesn't quite make it all the way, despite the much sought-after multiplayer and the entrancing music. The large amounts of micromanagement and grinding draws focus from the core gameplay, and the end result is a finicky adventure where the outcome depends more on your equipment than your ability to drum up proper instructions.- Eurogamer Sweden

Charlie Blackmore's adventure is very beautiful and meticulously designed - with charming music and game mechanics that haven't been seen anywhere else. But creativity cannot alone earn a score, and Stacking lacks too much soul and is too careful when it comes to its humour.- Eurogamer Sweden

A somewhat strange combination of soccer matches and soccer quiz. The high difficulty level of the questions may alienate a lot of players, but if you've got some friends who share your passion there is potential for some fun and exciting rivalry in this charming title.- Eurogamer Sweden

Hybrid has a great idea that separates it from many similar games, and it's also presented quite well. The shooting itself is aided by the twist in the actual gameplay, but the lack of variation in the level design stops it from achieving greatness.- Eurogamer Sweden

Sonic Generations is a great history lesson about the series descent from greatness. It starts off fantastic and the 2d-part is good overall, but the 3d-versions of the tracks are filled with the same problems the series has had in the later half of its lifespan. On top of that there are way too few levels and the quality of them is anywhere between great and horrible.- Eurogamer Sweden

Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games is fun in short bursts, but lacks the well-made modes that are needed for families who only want to spend 30 minutes or so gaming to see who is the fastest, highest and strongest.- Eurogamer Sweden

Test Drive Unlimited 2 has brilliant potential with loads of driving content and all the necessary grounds for a brilliant MMO. However, the game delivers a really bad driving experience and the servers are more often offline than online. It's still worth buying if you enjoyed the last game of the series though, but be aware that it doesn't stand a chance against rival series like Gran Turismo, Need for Speed and Forza.- Eurogamer Sweden
