While Just Dance is fundamentally a social game, Dance Central 2 is a proper dancing game.

It's this simple: Daytona USA is the perfect console port of an arcade legend.

This is probably the best Modern Warfare ever published. The campaign is not as fresh as we hoped, but every new touch in the multiplayer is indisputable.

The greatest thing about Skyrim is that Bethesda has created a world where our imagination does not have to fill in the blanks: you just have to explore them and live them.

Pure grindhouse and stupidly fun. Not very recommended if you already played it on the Wii, but if not you will probably like its irreverent and adolescent attitude.

Not a new step in the genre, but Rocketbirds shows a refined formula that works beautifully.

Sonic celebrates its 20th birthday with what can easily be the best game in the franchise in many years.

One of the best games in the beat 'em up genre published on XBLA in the recent times. Fan of Treasure and this kind of game? A must have, then.

Arkham City was one of the most anticipated games of the year and ends up being one of the best. This is an exemplary sequel, better than the first game in every respect.

A great follow up to Kinect Sports and step in the right direction for Kinect powered games, although it's still a fact that the sensor does not always detect our movements well.

It's still the best in its genre, but maybe it's time to try new paths.

Wayforward's greatest achievement is creating a fun game that respects the original material it's based on.

The original PC version is still the best, but playing this on a console is quite an achievement.

Hell can adopt many forms, but it's clear that if it were a videogame it would be called Dark Souls. It's not for everyone, but those brave enough will enjoy it a lot.

If you're looking for a simulator this is not your kind of game, but for the rest it's a very entertaining and cinematic experience worth a try.

The campaign can be a bit disappointing, but with Naughty Dog still in another league, and with a great co-op and multiplayer, Uncharted 3 is a game you shouldn't miss.

Fresh and with plenty of personality, Battlefield 3 not only avoids Modern Warfare's shadow but raises itself as the new king of the genre.

Forza 4 wins the race because it's much more than just the cold numbers of a car database: it's a bigger concept, one based on pure passion for cars and the motor world. If Forza 3 was the best driving game for the Xbox 360, Forza 4 is the best driving game of this generation.

There are too many things in this game that simply don't work, making EA or THQ's offerings much more attractive.

Even if the decision of publishing it on retail format instead of digitally is a bit controversial, The Gunstringer is a fun game that works quite well with Kinect.

If you didn't play this on the Dreamcast or the PS2 you should try Code Veronica HD, as it's one of the best entries in the franchise. It's just a shame they didn't update it enough to make it look like a modern game.

RAGE is a giant step for id Software, a team proud of its legacy but brave enough to explore a lot of new ideas. It's a must-have for first person shooter fans and people who enjoy a more classical gameplay.

The conversion work is a bit rough, but Radiant Silvergun is still one of the best shmups ever published. Considering the prohibitive price the original Saturn game has on eBay, 1200MSP for it can be considered the bargain of the year.

Those are remakes worthy of two timeless classics. They were considered as must have for PS2, and they should be considered the same for the PS3.

It's still a great game for racing fans, but with this sequel we expected a little bit more of polish.
