Far from being a revolutionary horror game, Home Sweet Home delivers some genuine and folkloristic jump scares. Too bad it doesn't have a true ending... how long we should wait for the second (and hopefully last) episode?

FOGE is a fresh and innovative grand strategy game that blends a lot of good ideas in the strategic department with fun and entertaining tactical battles. AI, diplomacy and, above all, interface design, need a lot more polish.

Contra Anniversary Collection is a package that includes ten selected classic titles from the Contra franchise, part of Konami's "Anniversary Collection" series. It has an extremely fast gameplay, suitable for nostalgic players.

    Rad
A good and classic roguelike, enriched by 3D graphic, humour, 80’s style and a refined gameplay. The wonderful synth ost, the good narrative and the melee core mechanics distinguish RAD from other similar games. It needs to increase its content, although everything right now is very balanced.

Sky: Children of Light is an emotional adventure, a journey through men’s bounds and life. Interaction with other players is original, deep and functional, but the experience in mobile version is partially stained by a problematic fluidity an inaccurate touch controls.

Fire Emblem: Three Houses tries to evolve the classic formula changing the way you fight and manage your heroes. Doing so, the game has lost something both in consistency and integrity.

Wolfenstein: Youngblood is a particular spin-off, which hybridizes the frenetic action of Machine Games shooting to a more open gdr structure, focusing all on the cooperative. Overall the operation was successful, and if you are aware of expecting a different experience than the one offered by all the other chapters of the brand, the purchase is absolutely recommended.

God Eater 3 is a good action-rpg focused on hunting, equipment and moveset management. It is an adrenaline rush, both in Co-op and in solo missions. On Switch, it certainly wins thanks to portability and Local Multiplayer. Because of repetitiveness, graphic limits and lack of interactive scenarios, and despite a good plot, it fails to deliver an unforgettable product.

Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is the best love letter to Castlevania addicted. Created by the programmer, director and producer from titles like Simon’s Quest, Vampire’s Kiss and Symphony of the Night, Koji Igarashi, the game finally arrives to home consoles and PC after a successful crowdfunding campaign, but also a troubled development. Thankfully, the wait was definitely worth and we finally have a huge game, with deep combat and craft systems and loads of game modes. This is without any doubts one of the best Metroidvania of the year and a great Castlevania spiritual successor.

Chaosbane is a competent action rpg that fails to compare to the best games of the genre but provides some good time bashing Warhammer branded monsters in an infinite mesmerizing loop that, in the end, is way too repetitive.

Conan Unconqured is a survival RTS Tower defense set in the world of Conan the Barbarian. This spin-off certainly tries to appeal RTS lovers, but despite some smart and original ideas, the game lacks depth and becomes boring after a few hours, also due to the absence of competitive multiplayer both offline and online. Co-op multiplayer is good but definitely not enough to keep the game standing among giants of the RTS genre.

Dragon Quest Builders 2 is just what the previous game should have been. You will live a new adventure in a world made of blocks with many new features and a compelling brand new co-op multiplayer mode. You can build just about anything, with fantasy as the only limit to your creations.

Super Mario Maker 2 is just brilliant. It takes the best elements of previous games of the series and merges them, adding a huge series of new elements and games modes. The course editor is deeper than ever and there are a new single player story mode, new competitive and cooperative modes both local and online. This is just dope and you cannot stop playing this game.
