This "new" episode of Castlevania is an interesting experiment which fails in few aspects of the main design. The single player experience is kinda of Missing In Action, sacrificed on the multiplayer altar. The idea is cool, but the final result is a barely sufficient game.

Though proving to be a decent addition to the basic BioShock 2 experience, this DLC is hard to define as an absolute must buy. Any fan of the franchise will surely enjoy its tendency towards pure combat, whereas the majority of gamers will hardly feel any interest towards the contents on offer.

The water effect is realized in a fantastic way, with the right amount of movement and the perfect reaction to every single kind of interaction. This game is cheap, but it offers a deep and complex fighting system, where players must use reflexes and patience to punish every single mistake from the opponent.

Ron Gilbert delivers another sweet piece of art. Hilarious and technically fantastic, Deathspank fails to become another classic just because of its repetitive gameplay and quests design.

Although it can't be defined as one of the best strategy games on the market, Disciples III proves to be a very decent game that will surely deliver a compelling and long lasting experience to both fans and newcomers to the franchise.
