Characters can not be customized, the battle interface and tactics grow increasingly repetitive and the music and sound are less than par for the course.

Though the controls, plot and soundtrack remain unharmed, the frequent and long load times, coupled with the incredibly odd presence of slowdown, cripple the title to the point of not being entertaining at all.

The gameplay is quite good, with each turtle possessing his own style of gameplay, but the overall redundancy and ease that the game offers up is simply inexcusable.

If you absolutely must have a Sudoku game for your Nintendo DS, I'd recommend buying a copy of "Brain Age," even if it only contains one hundred puzzles. Sudoku Gridmaster is a decent game, but its problems outweigh any positives it offers.

Despite all the A.I. cheating going on, sluggish control and the "been there, done that" track selection Cartoon Network Racing is actually fun. Just remember that little Timmy likes it and maybe...just maybe some of his innocence will rub off.

The gameplay itself is nothing more than a fancied up button mashing tournament with a sense of claustrophobia so apparent, you'll be looking to open a window after the first ten minutes, just for some fresh air. Maybe this game should have been entitled, Viewtiful Joe: Cabin Fever Combat.

While not a terrible game, the absence of control really brings an otherwise good game down to a level it shouldn't have been subjected to.

I play games to avoid being bored, but Children of Mana is one of the few games that crosses the line between being a game and being another boring chore.

You can look at the voice acting in one of two ways. It's either "so bad it's good" or just plain bad. The German voices are the worst throwback to the days of "Hogan's Heroes."

A rail shooter at best, Killer 7 oozes all kinds of artistic flair. It's just too bad nothing was left for gameplay.

A visually stunning game mired in repetition, or a hardcore puzzlers dream come true? I'd say a bit of both.

However, the song selection, which I'd normally talk about later in the review, is pretty ass-tastic.

Omit every female jiggle, every thong and leg split, all you are left with is a mediocre game with so-so online play.

The fighting engine is certainly innovative, but lacks basic variety, the graphics border on garish and the soundtrack, in terms of voice acting, is only as good as the writing... which is to say, it’s not too good.

A good game, but is far too easy for it's own good. With wacky characters, a catchy concept and entertaining facets to unlock, Trioncube attempts to do something new for gamers who like to puzzle with blocks, but ends up falling a bit short simply due to the lack of challenge.

Graphically, this game isn't so much old-school as it is retirement home.

With the exclusion of an online mode the game suffers another hit – as the online mode was reportedly and understandably one of Auto Modellista redeeming qualities.

Odama is a colorful and intriguing concept in theory, but in practice is nothing short of being a rather poorly conceived pinball game that lacks the physics of a real pinball machine, coupled with some awkward moments in which you must move your troops via voice commands.

Painkiller: Hell Wars can be compared to a 10k marathon. You think it's a good idea at the time, but around mile three, you actually start questioning your own judgment.

The boss battles will have you shrieking in frustration. Not that they are very difficult mind you, it's just that they seem to drag on much longer than they should.

Once I had more training at Octo-puzzle, I was able to advance to another difficulty level which was much more of a challenge. It also made the game more fun, even though I was just repeating my journey.

Although the game did get a tiny bit better near the end when I had my gladiator almost maxed out, I would rather take the manual and wipe my ass with my left hand, than pick up this game again.

With the proper attention to detail Too Human 2 could very well be the game that Denis Dyack promised, but for right now it's only a shadow of the god it could be.

The mundane is an integral part of any Sims game but so is having control over your character. In this title, that vital ingredient is absent and the game suffers, lacking fun and purpose.

The only thing that separates Echo from any other adventure title is the setting. Everything else is exactly the same, boring, uninspired, and good ol'sleep inducing fun.

While it may please hardcore fans of the series with its addicting time-based action segments, it will surely alienate everyone else thanks to the abundance of non-Sonic elements: RPG town-wandering, additional less-enjoyable characters, and a god awful camera.
