This is a game that delivers to both the fans of the series and newcomers and it honestly delivers in spades.

The adventure itself is relatively fun and while certainly not similar to previous adventures, provides you with an ample opportunity to strut your stuff, Bomberman themed, in a number of mini-games meant to tax your brain.

Anyone from 5 years of age to 95 years of age can pick up a controller and compete for first place. That's the beauty of it, the incredible universal appeal that it offers.

The game has a fantastic soundtrack, great graphics and a fighting engine that, while not the best I've eer seen, still has a good amount of depth.

Incredibly fun and will provide you with about twenty hours worth of gaming. However, Cima does come to an end and once it’s done, it’s done.

I think that fans of the game are going to get more out of this game than most others, though again I think fans of R-Type are more interested in playing a shmup than an SRPG. That fact aside, R-Type Command is a solid reinvention of the series.

As far as compilations go, Sega Genesis Collection is pretty damn solid - but where the hell is "Streets of Rage"?

The fact remains that more micro-games could have been added – far more. Yet Nintendo opted out, choosing instead to concentrate on a multiplayer aspect. While this facet of the game is entertaining and helps make this a better purchase, it still feels like a shameless cash-in on what was a truly innovated and wonderful game.

The games are fun, the price is right and the package, though lacking in extra features, is sound. Nostalgia gamers will invariably eat this one up.

With just enough innovation going for it, this title is a welcome change from all the ports the handheld seems to be plagued with.

The story is bland, but on the contrary, the writing is intelligent, well-localized and entertaining more often than not. The gameplay doesn't stray very far from the norm, but the content does.

The game is far too easy for its own good and can be beaten in less than an hour (though this is something of a moot point for those who want to beat every micro-game within the game).

In the end, Bleach: Shattered Blade is a great fighting game that takes advantage of the Wii contextual controls in a very good way - not perfect, but certainly a step in the right direction.

In many ways, it is a groundbreaking title and is certainly deserving of praise for attempting to do something new, however it fails to be as good as it could have been, resulting in a game that has many fantastic parts that never form a unified whole.

A puzzle game wrapped in a platformed package decorated with comic book paper. With puzzles that are perfect in terms of difficulty and a presentation teeming with flair, it's sad to think that most gamers won't even give this game the once over.
