    It's a good game, with a surprising amount of content for the price, but it will definitely turn away those who don't like even cartoon gore, and leave a slightly bitter taste in even the most hardened gamer's mouth... and mind.

    If you own multiple consoles, there is no compelling reason to own this version of NHL 2K10 unless you are looking for some sort of novelty factor; however if you are a “one console owner”, then you can do no wrong by picking up this game as you can enjoy some of the gameplay aspects that this virtual hockey game has to offer.

    This game is based on a great idea but it suffers from poor execution. Gameplay counts and this one misses the mark big time in that respect, which is the reason for why I scored this game as I did. A real shame considering the pedigree of Sony exclusives. This one could have been so good.

    While I applaud the authenticity that Operation Flashpoint: Red River brings back to the FPS genre, mediocre graphics and sound, and some noticeable gameplay hitches prevent this from being a really good title. The co-op mode is definitely worth a try with friends though, and those looking for a more authentic shooter experience might really enjoy this one. Be forewarned, there is a steep learning curve to be found in this game.

    At the end of the day, Brink for the Xbox 360 is a game best left for gamers who really want to immerse themselves in some objective based online missions with some buddies; and I have to note, Brink is not intended to be played alone nor is it a game first person shooter fans will necessarily embrace. Brink is a unique game and does not follow the typical shooter template we have become accustomed to. In many ways Brink is an acquired taste. Unfortunately, my taste buds didn't exactly warm up to this one, but your experience may not be the same.
