Reminiscent of Pengo games from the early eighties, Polar Panic does a good job at bringing back an arcade feel of gameplay that can be picked up and played for short bursts, provides shallow short based enjoyment and has an emphasis on hitting high scores be it alone or with friends.- Console Monster

The mechanics are easily learned and the difficulty curve set at a satisfying level. With episode one having a fair bit of gameplay on offer, it's a testament to the effortless playability that I'm left raring for more.- Console Monster

Whilst Puzzlegeddon is one of the better attempts at redefining the puzzle genre due to the unique approaches and styles evident, the title’s lack of a campaign and the poor amount of game modes on offer ensures its replayability isn’t to a high standard, deeming the 800 Microsoft Point price tag a little on the expensive side.- Console Monster

Yet another stellar title for the team. They have taken what is a classic concept and gone against the grain to produce something clean and fresh for us gamers to enjoy.- Console Monster

The trouble is there’s simply not that much content here to justify it, and although there is a little room for replayability and high score chasing, the credits roll-up in under fifteen minutes playtime.- Console Monster

Even if you rush through the main storyline there is still a ton of Nazi clearing to do, as well as additional perks, achievement and trophies to unlock.- Console Monster

To conclude; James Cameron’s Avatar: The Game is one of the better movie-to-game tie-ins. The amount of replayability and closeness to the film, outweigh the slight repetitiveness and short-lived online play to rate the title as a one to consider.- Console Monster

The increased rider control really makes it feel like you are an MX pro, skidding round the tracks like you know what you're doing. However, the improved physics can make bikes and, especially, ATVs feel like you're riding a squirrel with a sugar high as opposed to a finely tuned vehicle – a lot of fun but ultimately out of control.- Console Monster

Gravity Crash stands fairly well on its own, however it was a wise move to have gotten off the blocks first before the more refined and far more enjoyable PixelJunk Shooter arrived.- Console Monster

The presentation is great and if you just fancy a quick game of fun simple mindless NFL (and have some money to burn), then it's a good choice. Hardcore fans would be best to stay with Madden 10 though.- Console Monster

Despite being able to play this game for free on alternative platforms, it's well worthy of the 800 MSPs asked – definitely one to check out.- Console Monster

Gyromancer is an interesting game and puts a slightly different twist on the puzzle-matching-RPG spliced game play. The trouble here is Puzzle Quest can now be had for 400 MSP pummelling the 1200 asked for by Square-Enix, particularly given just how much entertainment can be had in the alternate game.- Console Monster

You can easily put over 20 hours into Assassin’s Creed 2, the story is intriguing and starting to evolve and gameplay feels solid.- Console Monster

If you are a fan of the original (and who’s not?) then you will find much enjoyment in the sequel, and whilst many of the game's previous concerns still haven’t been squashed you can only hope that Valve fixes and adds to the game over the coming month... and hope not to see that announcement for Left 4 Dead 3 in November 2010.- Console Monster

The improvements in co-operative play and the inclusion of new vehicles make this a worthy purchase, even for returning players, who may feel cheated having already played through three of the storylines within the game.- Console Monster

Despite its fairly short length, it’s a significant improvement upon Fright of the Bumblebees, mostly because of its more believable storyline and, once again, the typical Wallace and Gromit humour displayed throughout.- Console Monster

Overall Konami have upped their game in terms of bringing back the good old days of Pro Evolution Soccer. However with EA's FIFA series has been growing leaps and bounds each year, I'm not too sure if it's too late for Konami to gain the fans interest back.- Console Monster

A fun and slightly addictive arcade title but with little in the way of an update from the original there are far better arcade games waiting for you at the 800 MS price point.- Console Monster
