Despite some repetitive levels, and easy bosses, Yoshi’s Woolly World is highly recommended.

Samurai Warriors 4-II doesn’t truly fit the role of a sequel, nor an expansion, but it acts more like an alternate version of Samurai Warriors 4. And honestly, that’s alright because it works as it sure is fun to play through.

The unbalanced multiplayer, uninspiring music and repetitive gameplay are just a few of the more significant issues that dragged the entire experience down. Sadly, Extreme Exorcism is going straight to the graveyard for me.

Visiting the sadistic circus is definitely not what it seems. You will find yourself enjoying the majority of your time at Penarium. The graphics and controls draw you in and make it easy to play. The charm and difficulty is what makes you stay.

With everything taken into account, Chibi-Robo! Zip Lash is a well-put together title. The pros outweigh the cons by leagues and it has fun packed into all the right places.

While I wasn’t a fan of the resource management and crafting system as a whole, due to frustration and lack of hints, those with patience and who love experimentation will no doubt see hours pass by as they try to survive one more day to find that one item you’ve been searching for.

If you haven’t played System Shock before, there’s never been a better time. Whether you’re into shooters or RPGs; or just want to experience a cyberpunk romp with a good beat, this one is for you.

A pretty decent game. You can easily get your money out of this, and it’s a great four player co-op experience.

Action junkies will probably come away underwhelmed but if you are looking for a change of pace in your game playing regime this thoughtful, Carl Sagan Cosmos-like experience is a wonderful candidate to consider.

At the end of the day if you are looking to relive Nathan Drakes’ adventures, or you want to experience them for the first time, then Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection is the way to do it.

Cross of the Dutchman just doesn’t feel finished. If the combat gets tightened up and the stealth gets reworked or removed, my opinion of this game would dramatically improve.

It’s a unique sandbox game that has all the necessary ingredients to hook you, if you let it.

Each level is the perfect length for your average coffee break, with addicting gameplay that’ll keep you coming back to three-star every level. The price point is a little high at $18 CAD as of this writing, but if you’re into this sort of thing, or can pick it up on sale, I definitely recommend it.

The fact that this PC version is a massive downgrade from the original, or any previous version to be honest, speaks volumes. As a fan of RPG’s I whole heartedly recommend FFV, just make sure you play any other version than this embarrassing PC port.

I’m genuinely delighted that Nintendo was able to strip away just one aspect of Animal Crossing and make an entire game out of it.

While Spike Lee’s forced linear career mode experiment misses the mark, 2K’s basketball engine is second to none, providing a realistic on court experience that has been modified in some smart ways.

At the end of the day Skylanders SuperChargers is yet another great entry into the Skylanders Franchise. Personally, I was worried that the series might get stale, but Vicarious Visions has whipped up some “Portal Magic” by adding vehicles into the gameplay mix which allows for the game to not only be fun, but also show that there is a still a lot of life left in the franchise.

The addition of the seamless mobile scanning app, shooting feedback system, Pro-Am modes, new animations and new gameplay mechanics all lends itself to about the best NBA Live experience we have seen in years.

Pumped BMX+ is a sharp looking title with controls that are some of the best for this genre after you get through the learning curve. However, we have a lackluster soundtrack and repetitive game play that perhaps should have branched out into something new rather than keep the mold of short game play experiences on mobile devices.

Overall, if you’re in to punishing yourself with some turn based violence, than Skyshine’s Bedlam is for you. It’s not exactly polished and it still needs a little work, but it’s definitely a worthwhile game.

I have played Destiny since its launch last year, and I can confidently say that with the Year 2, and The Taken King DLC upon us, this is what Destiny pretty much should have been all along.

The animations are visceral, and the buildup of suspense knowing that any hit could remove your player from the game, or remove him from existence, keeps you on edge.

A fantastic co-op experience. Being able to effectively work together and securing the right customizations lends itself to a rewarding galaxy adventure.
