Pixel Gear gave me a little glimpse of what first person shooters can feel like in VR. While the shooting mechanics are solid, the overall game just feels bland and repetitive. In addition to that, the short length makes this a game you won’t be experiencing for very long.- COGconnected

King’s Quest is an imaginative journey that’s fun for all ages. There may be a few bumps in the road along the way, but each chapter is solid in its own right and worthy of your time.- COGconnected

Earth’s Dawn is a great game. If you’re at all a fan of 2D beat-em-ups, 2D shoot-em-ups, or action RPGs, I highly suggest you play it.- COGconnected

There are things to like about Nobunaga’s Ambition. On a technical level it does what it promises and if you’re looking for that very specific thing you’ll probably really enjoy the game.- COGconnected

If you just want to play a game that brings you nostalgia, you want to know what it was like to play a game 30 years ago or you just want to show your kids how good they have it – Exile’s End has faithfully recreated that. Just know that’s what you’re getting into if you decide to.- COGconnected

The goblin’s guerilla sort of playstyle isn’t really demonstrated in any of the other factions of Total War, so seeing Creative Assembly continue to innovate with these new additions is a treat, to say the least.- COGconnected

This expansion is a great buy for players of either the Vampire or Empire factions. It is a more modest price then the last piece of DLC for almost the same amount of content. While the additions favor the Vampires, both sides get some cool new toys to play with. It’s a great expansion that is sure to tide players over until the next race is introduced.- COGconnected

Mario Party: Star Rush is a fresh take on the Mario Party franchise. There’s a lot of familiarity here – many of the same Mario Party characters are re-used and none of the environments stood out as really unique compared to previous games – but even the most die-hard Mario Party fan will find something new here.- COGconnected

Episode 6 sums up Hitman’s 2016 season: great level design, some good assassination opportunities, and a minimal story.- COGconnected

Though not without its problems, LEGO Harry Potter Collection is a solid remastered that is full of magic. The real question to ask, much like Dumbledore’s question to Snape: is LEGO Harry Potter worth the money, is it better after all this time? Always, especially if you are fan of LEGO games and Harry Potter himself.- COGconnected

With gameplay easy to jump into and simple, responsive controls, Glow is a great game for some quick, basic combat...This is a game well suited for helping pass the time but sadly doesn’t offer a reason for players to become invested in it.- COGconnected

Toy Odyssey overall is a fun and engaging experience. Be prepared to lose yourself in the hauntingly majestic corridors of the Clade household. Grab your favorite action figure and prepare yourself to fight, build, and upgrade your way to victory.- COGconnected

If you’re a fan of Monster Jam or have younger gamers who enjoy simple racing games than this might be a worth-while purchase. However, if you’re a gamer looking for a deep racing simulation style game, or even a really good arcade style racing game, you’ll find better options elsewhere.- COGconnected

If you’ve never had the chance to climb the snowy mountains of Skyrim, face off against its fierce Frost Trolls, or absorb the souls of dead dragons you’ve bested then jumping into Skyrim Special Edition is a no brainer.- COGconnected

Gamesoft is on to something with Clockwork; an interesting premise, a unique story, and characters that didn’t actually feel two-dimensional and bland. The only let-down were the slightly repetitive puzzles, which was, sadly, the majority of the game. That being said, I still enjoyed the experience and only really wanted more variety.- COGconnected

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare doesn’t reinvent the franchise in any way. It brings back everything fans love about the game and that is an exhilarating single player campaign, a frantically deep multiplayer experience and one of the most memorable zombie games you’ll ever play.- COGconnected

Like another rhythm game Thumper, Rez Infinite showcases the power of PSVR. While many people may look at a reboot or relaunch of a game as something lazy, Rez Infinite doesn’t fall in this category. Instead, Rez Infinite proves that the PSVR can breathe new life into old classics.- COGconnected

The game is not very impressive graphically and it has some unfortunate flaws, such as the odd freezing glitch and lengthy load times. But despite the flaws, the game is still enjoyable to play, with a great soundtrack and inspired moments from some of gaming’s biggest games.- COGconnected

Performing and landing tricks are difficult and messy due to the constraints and method of “charging” your moves before executing them. To make matters worse, it’s plagued with a faulty respawn mechanic that puts you into an infinite loop of crashes and bails. While visually the game isn’t too shabby, it all becomes meaningless when snowboarding becomes such a burden.- COGconnected

Battlezone is well-made in terms of its brilliant UI design and solid set of shooting and movement mechanics. However, the single player missions do not showcase the tactical brilliance of playing with real human players and the lack of any PvP online modes is almost a crime.- COGconnected
