Though completing the 70+ character roster gives the game some replay value, there's not much else to do once that is finished.

There are two really solid games in this package, and Razing Storm has a couple fun modes. Compared to most light gun games you'll find lots of great content here. This is a better value than any other recent light gun shooter release.

The game experience is over in a matter of only a couple hours. For gamers on a budget, $40 is way too much to ask for such a short experience. But what's here is good and you'll have a good time if you've got the money or pick it up as a rental.

When your game makes you want to skip the egregiously tedious gameplay so you can see what happens in the utterly forgettable story, you know you're doing something wrong.

Action-RPG fans will certainly have fun with this release, although it's similar to the original, and if you're into thongs and "role-playing" then this game is a win-win.

It's fun in spots, but the gameplay is extremely repetitive, and there's no incentive for you to get better. Feels like a tech demo haphazardly turned into a full game.

Ultimately, Alien Breed 2: Assault is a decent addition to the Xbox Live Arcade Lineup. While there isn't much here in terms of innovation, Assault is a solid isometric shooter that offers fun for fans of the genre or a person looking for a simple shooter with a buddy.

NBA Jam on Wii is a solid, fun reboot that should please many fans. Considering its roots, the game aims to deliver the goods, but it doesn't quite reach its full potential.

Numerous loot drops, item creation through a fusion system, character customization, and online play injects a lot of life into an otherwise dull experience.

Paying tribute to our brave men and women in uniform-who often go through situations that are unimaginable to all of us sitting at home with controllers in our hands-is a great thing. The step that EA has taken towards establishing a precedent for exploring topical subject matter in a video game may be a small one, but it's still important. But almost everything else about Medal of Honor, while enjoyable, makes it hard to shake the feeling of playing just another military shooter.

Dead Rising 2's biggest strength lies in its variety of both story and side missions. There is never a shortage of things to do in the game, and the co-op ability makes this a trip you can take several times with friends.

It's not a perfect retro revival and can be blown through in a few hours, but this is a much better-and purer-Sonic experience than we've seen in years. The difficulty can range from easy to very hard; the final boss is particularly ridiculous.

Ultimately, NBA 2K11 brings a lot of freshness to the formula. The inclusion of Air Jordan, the improved dribbling and shot stick use, the ramped-up AI, and the TNT presentation means that there isn't much to dislike about NBA 2K11.

There are an enormous number of mini-games under the hood here, and House Party is an odd yet inspired addition you won't find anywhere else. In spite of Wii Party's breadth of content, it's still a package with fairly limited appeal.

There's a lot of value packed in this little package. It will take you hours upon hours just to beat the light world, and likely dozens more to master the dark world.
