Dead Space, improved. Not just a great sequel, but a great horror game. Isaac's dementia and the underused impaling in combat mechanic are the only disappointments, and they're pretty slight.

Once again, Kingdom Hearts offers a slew of interesting changes to its gameplay system, providing a solid entertainment value. That said, it contains roughly a third of the content of previous titles.

Once I had committed a few hours to the game and was deep inside Venice leveling up and completing quests, I was indeed drawn into the game. But the sordid path it took to get me there and the unnecessary complications of the map were beyond frustrating and would turn away most gamers.

The game is very easy, and won't take you very long to whiz through.

Though you can power through the game's platforming levels in a day or two, getting 100% of all the goodies will take some time, and the endless community offerings should keep you busy for months to come.

MicroBot's baseline gameplay isn't revolutionary, but for an arcade shooter, it's not bad. Might be worth a trip just for the aesthetics, depending on how much like the genre.

You'll lose track of time and learn about the rising cost of goods and services all at the same time. Economics made easy!

Like most Xbox Live Arcade games, ilomilo isn't terribly long, but collectables and unlockable bonus puzzles add a good deal of replay value.

There's a lot to do here for a $10 game. You can collect all sixty medallions, complete each Grand Prix on every difficulty level, and battle your friends.

The story mode is extremely short, and the online offerings feel a bit hollow.

Telltale fans will get exactly what they came for, but newcomers might be surprised that point-and-click games even exist anymore.

X-Men Arcade does make for a fun online experience, and if you are willing to forgive some of its technical flaws in the name of retro glory, what you'll find is a worthwhile, if ultimately too brief, experience.

Although you can't go back to Sierra Madre after you have completed it once, the campaign length is decent and it's certainly worth it the first time through.

There's some fun to be had here, but even the most fervent LBP fan will be a little put off by how little content there is. It's a fun game, but it's over before you can blink.

Curious to see what a decent platformer was like on Atari 2600? Then, Yogi Bear on Wii might make for an interesting history lesson. If you're after contemporary fun, however, steer clear of this unimaginative drek.

Hydrophobia's waifish, glossed-over narrative is overshadowed by its shoddy combat and irritatingly obtuse navigation. At least the water is nice.

It might be better than watching the film (and it doesn't help that you can probably finish the game in the same time it takes to watch its theatrical counterpart), but Yogi Bear still won't hold your attention for more than a few minutes, if you even bother to play it.

You might experience the occasional waft of fun if you deign to undergo this adventure. However, the whole of the experience adds to up to a watered-down romp through rudimentary level design and tragically anemic gameplay.

There isn't much to the game's career mode, but this game will certainly be a sure-fire winner at parties.
