There's nothing about Tenchu: Fatal Shadows that hasn't been explored in previous versions.

About the only way you'll get something out of this game is if you use it as a tutorial to learn how to play the real thing. Then get a copy of the real board game or download a free version from the internet and play via email with your friends or coworkers.

The gameplay is repetitive, but the novelty of surprises will keep you going. Very little replay value.

There's ample variety in terms of what you can have your monsters do, but as the player, you'll be doing a lot of watching and waiting. The game isn't broken in any way; it just isn't all that engagin

For $19.99 I can see fans of the original source material or the movie losing themselves in that reality for awhile. Until then you're ordered to either rent it or ignore it altogether. Your call.

It is really hard to recommend this title, especially considering the next-gen price tag. The game is marred by technical problems and, if anything, is an exercise in mediocrity.

Aside from the unique zapping power of the cricket's antenna, there is little to distinguish this game from "Frogger" with the exception that it's not as good.

Although the driving engine isn't bad at all, the automatic targetting system is more than a little chaotic and clunky.

Rogue Agent has an epic look with a budget feel.

Nostalgia-stricken fans of the original might be able to look past Vigilante 8's deficiencies and find some fun to be had, but those unfamiliar with the aged gameplay won't be won over by the slicker presentation.

The poorly executed controls really are a shame because otherwise OM is a fairly well done game.

It's a form-less game that lacks direction. If you can tackle the control system and come to terms with it, you'll be somewhat rewarded, but the average gamer is unlikely to invest so much time for so little compensation.

Monster Rancher EVO may continue to please hardcore fans of the series but it's doubtful that it will recruit many new fans, especially if they've played any of the previous four games.

For a $10 WiiWare title, the amount of content is respectable. In terms of fun factor, however, this one's hard to recommend.

Suffers from average gameplay and a few flaws in the mechanics. It's not the most fun game if you consider that it includes all the patent action/platforming elements with few surprises, but the storyline may make things a lot easier to take.

It's an old school, side scroller that doesn't have a lot of depth or variation but it's loaded with action and at under $20, you could call it cheap.

Unfortunately, it is pretty easy to beat, and as a result there will only be about 10 hours of fun in the initial play through. The simple game mechanic is not excellent, but it is good enough to go back and beat it several more times.

Playing multiplayer doubles the fun and all I could ask for is the option to share this with four players at a time, but two is all you get, which makes sense in most of these games anyway.

So much more could have been added, from online features to trophies and other collectibles. Sadly, after finishing the story and having a few battle rounds, Punch Time Explosion has little more to offer.

Mega Man X7 isn't even properly dubbed in English. I just can't handle that. What's up with such poor translations and acting? The story is so swollen in heady detail that it virtually detaches itself from the actual gameplay.

A weak in the knees one button beat-em-up that has absolutely no teeth. The fighting engine is so watered down that only geeking Marvel fanboys will elicit any enjoyment out of spending any time with it.

The game sticks too close to its inspiration at times, but it still offers a meaty campaign loaded with non-stop action. If you enjoy Gears, you will enjoy this.

It's just too long. The game takes about 20 hours to complete but in my opinion, it would have been ten times better if it was half as long. The game becomes very repetitive in virtually all areas including the gameplay, environments and sounds.

There are a few technical glitches and overall the production suffers a bit but it can be an interesting romp for mystery lovers.

The characters are the game's only saving grace. Recommended only for fans of the show and even then, only as a rental.

It's not always funny, but there are laugh out loud times that balance the groans...Nudity and language aside, ... It's one of the best BMX XXX games to date.

If I had a chance to play this during the years I was a complete Wolverine fanatic I would have passed out from pleasure overload. No kidding... This is the one of the finest comic book games to date.

If you like online play, King of Fighters does it extremely well. However, with only one single-player offline mode, this title feels a little empty overall.
