A great game, just as scary as its predecessor. It is lengthy enough to count as a full game, and with the extra content and new levels, this game delivers on all gaming fronts.

The only slight knock I can level at DoS is the incessant backtracking and repetitive soul collecting that is really ONLY necessary if you want to strive for the best endings to earn the best unlockables.

The single player game will hold your attention and you'll get more mileage out of it if you play on the harder difficulty settings, but the real secret to milking everything out of this one is the online co-op mode.

Challenging and fun but it's short on replay value. It's a great prescription for temporary relief of the blues, but if they persist you might be in need of a solid, next-gen game fix.

This is no doubt the funniest strategy game I have ever played. Whether it’s the weapons, the worms’ language, their actions and emotions when they are about to be hit or their catch phrases, everything is UNIQUE and SPOT ON.

Hardcore soccer fans who wanted even more realism from this series will enjoy playing around with the new controls but if you’re a player who thought FIFA 2005 wasn’t a great game might as well rent this game or stay away from it cause you won’t be missing much.

About the only way you'll get something out of this game is if you use it as a tutorial to learn how to play the real thing. Then get a copy of the real board game or download a free version from the internet and play via email with your friends or coworkers.

I don't care how good the gameplay is - it's been done to death. It's like releasing the game of checkers over and over with different colored game pieces.

The GameCube only serves to illustrate how basic the gameplay really is. It just doesn't translate well onto a more powerful system. Much of the problem is that the developers don't know what else to do with all the left over processing power.

Sharing the misery with another player via the split screen can be a delightfully sadistic pleasure. Why should you be the only one to have a crappy time?

The animation quality is fantastic, even rivaling the movie. The voiceacting, sound effects and soundtrack are all top shelf.

The story is what keeps you wanting to move forward while playing an adventure and Trace Memory had me hooked, even when I was madly frustrated at it for being too persnickity about certain solutions. It's the perfect game to play on the train, bus or trolley on the way too and from school or work and due to the pacing of the story, your eyes won't go buggy trying to keep an eye on the action.

A darn good adventure and one that should be taken by every serious gamer. It may not take the place of any "Grand Theft Auto" game but it could certainly hold its own against "Max Payne."

With it's cheesy American one liners (think, 'yippee ki-ya' from Diehard and you're on the right tracks!) it's intriguing storyline, it's amazingly beautiful graphics, and it's fun, 'blast away' game play, I think Farcry: Instincts is worth buying, but if I were you, I'd wait for it to drop down in price a little first.
