Victorious Boxers: Revolution does a lot of things right. The main drawback is the lack of options it gives you. There just is not much to do, and because of that what little is offered wears thin.

All of this is such a shame, because WorldShift is really a beautiful game with an intriguing premise. The levels are packed with interesting scenery, and the lighting and special effects are truly impressive. With a little better balance and some additional tweaking, this could have been a really memorable real-time strategy title.

Despite the acceptable graphics and high-quality story, this one's not worth your while.

As an overall package, Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 is the perfect ensemble for all those die hard fans out there. With tons of options and modes, there is just so much for the player to do. Online play furthers the longevity of the title. Unfortunately, from my point of view the quality does not match the quantity. The controls annoyed me too much, and for a game that relies on fast paced action, that just will not do.

Scooby Doo: Unmasked is a decent game but it's very short and short on replay value as well.

The tie-in with the movie makes this average game good but let's not forget that at the core this is just an average game. If anything it makes me want to see the movie again.

Lengthy and varied single-player mode plus plenty of mini-games make Super Monkey Ball: Step & Roll a good enough offering.

Despite having some decent multiplayer options, MySims SkyHeroes has a weak single player mode, and will be frustrating to younger players.

In the end, Animal Boxing's main success is that it pioneers a boxing system fit for a better game. Like the Super Smash Bros. series' special-move system, it has essentially no learning curve, so it's something we'd like to see again.

There's not much to it, and you'll probably only enjoy this title for an hour or two. Still, for a currently free download (or even for 200 points), it's a great value and a lot of fun at parties.

More style than substance. This package is little more than a collection of his tunes, a reprisal of the movie and some generic gaming fodder that we've all seen and played in other games such as "Max Payne," "Dead To Rights," "True Crime" - that do it much better.

This might be the last kick at the can for M&M but unless it can offer something more than some new graphics and a few new features, I can’t say I would be looking forward to the sixth version.

To say this game is easy would be an understatement. It's presented as an arcade game rather than a hunting sim, and truth be told, I prefer it this way.

In the eight years that Sly Cooper has been absent from the video game universe, things have changed a bit. Pacing, characterization, and storytelling have become an important part of the industry, but all of these things are missing from Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time. What we're left with is a schizophrenic collage of historical tropes, pop culture references, and antiquated storytelling.

The camera system remains unchanged and continues to show the action from the same focal point, even as you have to attempt to guide Sonic backwards. This becomes increasingly difficult and frustrating.

The Sims 4 is a core game, pure and simple. It is made specifically so that more content can be pumped into it via DLC. The overall functionality of the game is fine, with no real breakthroughs, just a little simplification and minor tweaks. Nothing groundbreaking here.

If you're looking to hook up with a few friends for some solid multiplayer baseball, this isn't the game for you. You might be able to muddle through poor mechanics, but why would you want to when there are better options out there?

As a single adventure, Bolt DS is mediocre. It’s not a terrible game, but it greatly lacks focus and the mechanics are too loose to offer even mindless, button-mashing pleasure.

The innovations here, particularly the cover system, open up a world of possibility, but it doesn't seem like the developers were up to exploring too much of that world.

I am a huge fan of psychological thrillers. But for what this game has in its psychological scare tactics, it totally lacks in the things that make a game one that you’d want to come back to and play again and again. So as the title implies, this game truly is thick on scares but slender on everything else.

Playing mini-games and watching a movie featuring yourself and your friends is fun the first few times, but it wears off fast. The game does a good job of including everyone and providing a fun time, and the Director's Mode extends its value, but if you already own the camera and get tired of party games easily, perhaps there isn't a good enough reason to jump into this purchase.

This is a simple hack-and-slash game. By its very nature it's repetitive. By hinting at more depth with weapon upgrades, 79 playable and combinable characters with upgradable attributes, and a two-player mode, I think it's the developer's responsibility to fully realize these features and implement them in the gameplay. Otherwise don't tease us.

Had WinBack 2 been released in 2002/2003, it would have been far better received but as a full-priced game released in 2006 it has to be held to the same standards as other top notch software and it falls short.
