I was very pleased with Monsters vs. Aliens. Although it does not feature the most challenging gameplay for a seasoned gamer, the puzzle-platforming style of gameplay recalled older titles like Crash Bandicoot, and it is fun to play for both kids and adults.

There's plenty of alchemy and adventure in Meruru, with less filler travel time. There are fewer endings than Totori, but they're easier to get.

A great game that you can’t go wrong with. But unless you’re prepared to play the multi-player modes for months on end with your buddies, (remember there is no online play), then you’d be advised to rent this.

With so many modes, online play and unlockables which includes the great one himself, you'll have so many virtual seasons on your hand that you won't even miss the real season.

Giving you a multi-genre gaming experience in one title is innovative, and Atari really shines with the progressive steps they have taken to improve upon the tried and true formula of platform games.

Pretty standard fare as far as the automotive genre is concerned. It certainly gives the experience of a driver on a Hot Import Nights circuit, and that's a good thing. However it fails to bring anything really new or revolutionary to the table, and that's where this title comes up short.

Unfortunately, with the not-so-accurate Wii-mote aiming and lack of any real reason to play this game for more than five hours, the $30 price tag starts to look a little steep.

There are quite a few clever ideas underneath the hood here, but the courses feel almost more like micro games, the fun factor is so fleeting. Setting aside the presentation, 2nd Lap feels more like a Playstation Mini and should probably be priced as such.

The campaign mode is great, but it is the online modes that really make this a must-own title for RTS fans.

If you were expecting lightning in a bottle, Fuel keeps the electricity in the environmental elements and out of the gameplay.

With its slow and steady pace, Evil Under the Sun will put your detective skills to work throughout a lengthy and engaging story that keeps you guessing at every turn. Though the gameplay will be nothing new to anyone who's enjoyed a good point-and-click adventure before, the quality storytelling alone is worth the time.

It's lighthearted, haunting, soothing, and frenetic. It's too bad that this game is plagued by poor mechanics. The production values are there, but they just can't seem to rise above the glitches.

Virtually every motocross game released for the GBA in the last three years is better than this one.

Mafia, when compared to other Xbox games, is still one hot little package, but compared to itself, it leaves a little to be desired.

It's hard to recommend a game when there is a clearly superior alternative on the market that does everything so wonderfully. NHL 2K10 isn't bad and it is poised to make a run at the EA franchise sooner rather than later. But for this year, unless you are completely adverse to anything other than a quick arcade hockey fix, NHL 10 is the game to get.

If you were a fan of the first two games in the series, but you thought the third game missed the mark, Awakened could very well feel like the long-awaited return of an old friend.

If you have an interest in poker and you have Xbox Live, you will certainly get more out of this budget title than someone who only plays it offline.

Mario Party 10 has reminded me of the purpose and importance of gaming with friends. These are the games that stand out in a field full of tortured heroes, fallen worlds, and apocalyptic destruction, and it is these games people are in desperate need of to get back to basics of gaming – having fun.

A fun movie tie-in game, and it certainly lives up to what is expected of it. Although it isn’t terribly long or deep, it will give fans of the series some solid gameplay , and it certainly isn’t too challenging for younger fans who might want to play it.

The best strategy titles cause players to become obsessed with their various systems, and to lose sleep playing late into the night. To the contrary, in King Arthur II, I found myself skipping battles whenever I could, and I stayed up late playing only because I had to write this review. That doesn't mean there's nothing to enjoy about this title, and, as they say, your mileage may vary. Only one thing is for certain: If you buy this game, you will spend a lot of time being read to.

When you first put it in, you are immediately assaulted by offensively-bad graphics and a career mode that lacks substance. Top it off with a control scheme that's too complicated to be anywhere near fun and you have the worst golf title of the year.

The cities are huge but they don't look as good as I expected. All the areas suffer from sameness.
