The Shenmue II & II collection is hands down, the best way to experience these title (warts and all), for both longtime fans and newcomers alike.

Observation is a thought provoking, eerie space drama with dubious computers, failing equipment, and very threatening geometry. Don’t let it get away from you.

Iron Harvest delivers some fun tactical gameplay, some gorgeous visuals, and some real disappointment.

The Outlast Trials captures the gritty and often dark atmosphere of the series in an over-the-top, unique multiplayer experience and a must-play for fans of the horror genre.

Despite its shortcomings, the game does somewhat make up with replayable missions. It’s worth revisiting each level with a different loadout and higher difficulty settings (which heightens the guard’s senses and adds insta-death on detection). An extra challenge mode can also be unlocked with achievements and rewards you with cheats to use in the campaign. Adding to the missions are high-value targets found across each level and mysterious intercoms with coded audio logs.

The fiendishly nerdy control over all the little details can be very rewarding; it’s just a shame that I’ve yet to find a middle-ground the game’s balance of power.

Event[0] feels a bit like getting HAL9000’d by BMO from Adventure Time.

Batman: Arkham VR is a jump forward in gaming. Now the industry is only a hop, skip and a jump away from letting the players take on the superhero role fully with fighting and flying. I recommend this to any Batman fan who has the chance to play it.
