Black Myth Wukong is an imperfect but captivating masterpiece. It offers lively and brutal gameplay, which takes you to the guts despite some somewhat messy fights, but its greatest quality is its grandiose staging. This dive into the heart of Chinese folklore is truly fantastic and even if the overall result remains uneven, we are carried away by this irresistible wind of exoticism.- Carole Quintaine

Astro Bot is an excellent, brilliant game, full of good ideas, innovation and magic. It's a love letter to PlayStation but also and above all to video games. Asobi's game knows how to renew itself at every moment and offer something fun and intelligent in its gameplay mechanics. Fun and colorful, it offers a generous and definitely unforgettable experience. The GOTY 24 is undoubtedly here!- Carole Quintaine

Star Wars Outlaws is a very good game with a neat, generous open world and extremely faithful to the Star Wars saga. The atmosphere is fantastic and we really find the atmosphere of the first films. The Uncharted-style sequences are really great to play and even if the infiltration moments end up being repetitive, certain parts will be unforgettable for fans of the saga, if only because we cross cult places. In addition, the reputation system reinforces the feeling of leading a real scoundrel's life, with real freedom and real consequences... The best Star Wars game I have ever played.- Carole Quintaine

Kunitsu Gami is a very good surprise! The complexity of its gameplay is really effective, addictive, intelligent and the progression is really satisfying, despite the repetitive side. The strategic dimension with the profession system is one of the great qualities of the game. In addition, the artistic direction of the game is magnificent, everything is extremely careful. In short, well done Capcom.- Carole Quintaine

Shadow of the Tree is a real game in its own right, generous, powerful, with almost perfect execution. It manages to completely separate itself from Elden Ring, with an identity of its own and an extremely careful atmosphere. Despite a somewhat "light" ending and a slight imbalance in terms of bosses, we emerge from this adventure with a feeling of exhilaration specific to great journeys. Yet another monument to be added to the long list of From Software masterpieces, a delight of incredible violence, a definitely enchanting journey. Masterful!- Carole Quintaine

Hellblade 2 is truly magnificent, superbly produced, it offers a distressing atmosphere as possible, extremely careful and rarely has the sound design of a game been so impressive. In addition, Melina Juergens' performance is particularly notable and we want to follow Senua's journey. The problem is that overall it's quite boring: the fault of the repetitive puzzles and the long and completely useless fights which weigh down the whole thing. It's sad.- Carole Quintaine

Stellar Blade is a good game. It’s not unforgettable but what it does it does well! Its gameplay is neat, with an in-depth combat system and the encounters with the bosses are intense, probably a little too much in the last part of the game because they are poorly balanced in terms of difficulty. In addition, it is visually very impressive and offers an extremely attractive universe that we enjoy exploring, even if its story is classic. A very demanding Soul’s Like experience, in which we take pleasure in suffering.- Carole Quintaine

Rise of the Ronin is satisfying! It offers rich gameplay full of depth, always with a real challenge. Its open world nevertheless remains quite classic and its quests repetitive. Despite everything, we enjoy discovering it throughout the game. A good game overall but which does not revolutionize the formula.- Carole Quintaine

Alone in the Dark is a good game, typical of 90s horror experiences. We find the intention of the original game from 1992, with a particularly careful atmosphere, a gripping story and good old-fashioned puzzles, even if we find the same mechanics quite a few times. Too bad the fights aren't enjoyable to play, that's the big negative point of the game, much more boring than certain dated aspects. In short, Alone in the Dark 2024 is a good old-fashioned horror game, with a lot of charm, which manages to seduce even if it does not live up to the original. At the same time, it's difficult to hit the mark for a horror game in a world where Resident Evil 4 Remake or Alan Wake 2 already exist.- Carole Quintaine

Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth is a wonderful game for new and returning players alike! Its story remains faithful to the original and its characters are terribly endearing, we feel the love of the developers for this dense universe. It is not without its faults, however, and certain aspects remain too anchored in the past, just as a few too many lengths break the overall rhythm. However, the sense of journey and the incredible execution of the game make it an unforgettable and quite unusual title.- Carole Quintaine

Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League offers a gripping story with strong characters but is partially spoiled by repetitive and uninteresting missions! The game is fun in co-op, we enjoy playing because the gameplay is nervous and satisfying but the progression is so boring that we come away mostly disappointed. Rocksteady's game will not leave an impression like Arkham did unfortunately, and it's a shame.- Carole Quintaine

This PS5 version of The Last of Us Part 2 further enhances an already fantastic game, thanks to better technique, framerate and resolution, but also through more nervous sensations via the DulaSense. Let us add that the Lost levels and the comments offer a real immersion into the world of the game and will delight fans who are interested in the development of this masterpiece. The added Roguelike mode is rather nice without being a revolution, nevertheless, we cannot deny that this version is the ultimate version of the Naughty Dog title. Yes, it’s still an incredible masterpiece, period!- Carole Quintaine

Prince of Persia is a true masterpiece! Brilliant in its puzzles, demanding in its combat with its extremely nervous gameplay, gripping, thanks to a truly neat universe and a well-told story, it offers a strong experience, full of good ideas, in the purest tradition of Prince of Persia. Well done Ubisoft!- Carole Quintaine

Flashback 2 is not bad, far from it, but it does not live up to the Flashback legend even if the intention is the same. The feeling of the 90s is there and we have a nice atmosphere, it's often pretty and a lot of good memories come to the surface but the game lacks polish, we have technical problems, game design too and there are a lot of bugs that spoil the overall experience, in addition to a lack of variety in enemies. A game stuck in the 90s which could have been great but which lacks polish.- Carole Quintaine

Lords of the Fallen is a good souls-like but it doesn't do everything right! Its neat universe with strong artistic direction and its fine level design do not completely save the whole thing! The bosses are not striking, even too predictable, and the levels full of trash mobs, often recycled, get boring very quickly because we are drowned in enemies, which increases the difficulty but not very intelligently. Too bad, the game is generally good.- Carole Quintaine

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3's single-player campaign offers effective moments but lacks pace overall. The open missions break the tension of the story and you have more of the sensation of playing a multiplayer experience. The freedom offered from the style of play is a bit illusory and what could have been a good idea does not work well here. It's still very good in terms of gameplay but we don't have the strength of the old solos and we're not carried away in the end, which is a shame. [Campaign Review Score = 65]- Carole Quintaine

Alan Wake 2 is a fantastic survival/horror, with a particularly crazy narrative, mastered from start to finish. Its effective gameplay with the use of light and the manipulation of environments coupled with its very in-depth investigation dimension offer a racy experience. Alan Wake 2 stands out from the crowd with stunning visuals and a literally terrifying atmosphere: all these elements make it one of the best horror games of recent years without a doubt.- Carole Quintaine

Spider-Man 2 is a spectacular game. With deep gameplay and its duality between Miles and Peter it offers an experience that is undoubtedly the most incredible in terms of superhero video games. We will face a challenge that may be too tough sometimes, but the pleasure is simply enjoyable from start to finish. Between a dark and more mature story than the previous opus, and a totally crazy pace, Spider-Man 2 leaves us breathless.- Carole Quintaine

Lies of P is a very good souls-like and it is undoubtedly the game of this type that comes closest to From Software perfection. Its demanding and racy gameplay offers an experience where extreme precision and patience will be your best allies. It’s a shame that the city of Krat, extremely elegant, offers a playing field with a somewhat flat level design. Beyond that, this rewrite of Pinocchio is absolutely terrible.- Carole Quintaine

Assassin's Creed Mirage is a very good game, a pure Assassin's Creed, according to the rules of the art! More concise, sober and effective in its gameplay, leaving aside the RPG dimension which could make previous games indigestible, it offers a 100% infiltration experience based on the fundamentals of the series: infiltration, parkour and assassination. The story, well told, in the delicious atmosphere of a coherent and sublime Baghdad will captivate all fans of the cult series which marks a real winning return.- Carole Quintaine

Separate ways is additional content that is more of a complete game than a simple DLC. Its rewrite, the new gameplay features, particularly linked to the grappling hook and the IRIS system, offer the game a much larger dimension, with an atmosphere that is still just as incredible. The investigation sequences with a tasty atmosphere, the new well-thought-out puzzles, the surprises and the nervous gunfight sequences are here the ingredients of an explosive recipe.- Carole Quintaine

Phantom Liberty brings Cyberpunk 2077 back to life with these new features and improvements. Beyond the nervous and effective gameplay, the plot is gripping and extremely well told, with well-written dialogues and truly charismatic characters. Phantom Liberty is a true spy experience, complete and as successful as the base game, if not more. Well done CD Projekt.- Carole Quintaine

Starfield is a great adventure game! Generous, full of possibilities, it opens the door to a wonderful galactic journey. We obviously regret the few bugs that we generally always find in Bethesda games and a gunfight part that lacks punch, but the experience is so crazy that we ignore it. With its rich world, a gripping and well-written story, charismatic characters, and really well-crafted side quests, Starfield is absolutely generous. A real sense of travel in the stars.- Carole Quintaine

Fort Solis is a good horror game, oppressive as you wish! Well told, gripping, it offers a solid horror experience, albeit short, but intelligently ramping up in intensity. The fact of not being able to run makes everything a little slow but in the end it sticks to the universe. In the radius of the weak points, we will note the presence of useless QTEs because they have no impact and the card is unreadable, but everything is effective. A very good moment of horror!- Carole Quintaine

The 6th installment of the Armored Core series returns stronger than ever, despite sometimes unnecessarily arbitrary balancing in terms of difficulty and a serious lack of outstanding Bosses, veterans of the license will find with the pleasure of unique driving sensations as exhilarating as they are spectacular but also sometimes completely unreadable, leaving more than ever casual players aside.- Carole Quintaine

Maiz is a good Puzzle Game, with a nice identity and clever puzzles! Its particularly neat atmosphere offers a pleasant and extremely satisfying experience intellectually. Final Fantasy 16 is a very good game, offering a touching and extremely well-told story. We feel that the story of Valisthéa and Clive and his friends is at the heart of the experience, much more than the gameplay. The latter is enjoyable thanks to the use of the powers of the Primordials and the fights with the creatures are visually incredible. Despite a very interventionist format and uninteresting side quests, FF 16 takes us on board and leaves us with a masterful journey.- Carole Quintaine

Zelda Tears of the Kingdom is a masterpiece! Its unparalleled sense of travel, its generosity, its intelligent gameplay already make it a cult title, which will leave its mark on the video game industry. In this sequel to Breath of the Wild, there are no more limits to the imagination, simply the pleasure of discovering, of creating but also of living a dantesque adventure, an epic journey in which the new possibilities make you dizzy. Star Wars Jedi Survivor is a great game! Cal Kestis has taken the bottle and it's nice to find an accomplished Jedi more in control of his powers, at the heart of a gripping and well-written journey where the characters are interesting and in which the feeling of living a great adventure is present! The gameplay evolves in an extremely satisfying way and we appreciate all the possibilities offered by the latter, whether for Cal or BD-1, our traveling companion. The few minor technical problems never prevent you from being ecstatic in front of the magnificent landscapes and the moments of action.- Carole Quintaine

Dead Island 2 is not a revolution of the genre but it is damn effective! The good gore based on very precise dismemberment, the good ideas related to the effects, the character progression and the variety of the zombies provide a nervous and effective gameplay. If the scenario is simple as hello it follows with joy thanks to a great atmosphere, rhythmic missions and well-written dialogues. The fun music that contrasts sharply with the apocalyptic context and some very crazy situations make it a really good game. It's perhaps a little too linear and it's still classic, but we're having a lot of fun with it and that's what we like in this kind of game.- Carole Quintaine
