Yet in the light of some truly sickening behaviour by so-called ‘gamers’, a title that looks to humanise the affected should be applauded.- CalmDownTom

On PS4, this is the same great, addictive title that left me nostalgic for the skateboarding version of the nineties I never really knew: it’s just that OlliOlli’s mobile heritage begins to become apparent when played on a home console that it was probably never intended to grind, flip or spin its way on to.- CalmDownTom

It requires some mastery of its quick pace and barrage of enemies to fully enjoy the game. Due to its repetitive nature and its design primarily targeting those with a strong arcade past – particularly platformers – I would recommend this game, but I feel it is targeted at a small market.- CalmDownTom

I can’t say I warmed to the soundtrack, but I confess it’s cheery enough, and I can’t really identify anything offensively bad about Aritana. I think the dev team could make something really great in the future, but for the moment I could only recommended this game to a very patient platformer fan. And it would have to be on sale.- CalmDownTom

Pineview Drive is a very atmospheric horror game. It ticks all the boxes for tension, atmosphere and makes you jump at all the right times. The only two things I found letting it down were the repetitiveness of searching the same rooms over and over again and the ending (which, in the interests of no spoilers I will not mention here) which didn’t feel like it lived up to the expectations of the rest of the game.- CalmDownTom

Duels 2015 lacks any of these fun Multiplayer formats which, to me, is it’s greatest weakness. The developers missed a trick here. In my opinion, the game could have been so much more quite easily. Wolfenstein: The New Order feels like a game which really shouldn’t work. It transplants the feeling of a ’90s first person shooter into 2014; yet also has enough sense to mix in elements of modern game design to ensure it doesn’t feel antiquated. It is an action game which is fully functional as a stealth game. Its narrative is equal measures serious and ludicrous. Its lead character is a superman who feels vulnerable.- CalmDownTom

I can recommend this game to newcomers to the MMORPG genre, they will find it easy to get to grips with and not overly taxing when it comes to completing tasks. They will eventually tire of the repetitiveness of the missions, but thanks to the arena and exploration the game does have a slightly increased life. However, those that are searching for a good MMO experience for iPad will have to keep looking.
