There’s nothing here you haven’t already seen in Monster Hunter (and many games released since), but God Eater is nothing if not effective, and thanks to its strong premise, impressive Aragami and fantastic selection of utterly outrageous weaponry, Resurrection represents a genuine alternative for those who find themselves a little overawed by Capcom’s unforgiving equivalent.- Brash Games

Overall Dead Effect 2 is a game that doesn’t do anything new when it comes to the FPS genre, but it does look great and ha[s] a good story.- Brash Games

UnEpic is a title full of humour, detailed narration, superb voice casting and addictive gameplay. Overall, UnEpic really did keep my attention, which is something I’ve failed to find in relation to indie titles. I wanted to keep on playing which is always a great feeling for any enthusiastic gamer. Despite a few cons in terms in visuals and overall features, it is definitely forgiven and recognition is well deserved for the developer behind UnEpic.- Brash Games

Whilst it suffers from framerate problems and the co-driver stumbling over pace notes, it may be unpolished and certainly not representative of PS4 quality visuals, WRC 5 does still offer fantastic handling and a thrilling gameplay experience that rally fans will enjoy.- Brash Games

Toki Tori 2 is a cute little platforming puzzler that gets more interesting and fun to play as you make your way through the game. Yes it becomes a very challenging game probably more down to trial and error but it’s open world mechanic allows you apply open world thinking.- Brash Games

With its fantastically charming 2D aesthetic, it’s likeable cast of characters and some surprisingly funny dialogue, Foul Play, despite the issues inherent to the genre, remains a very easy game to like.- Brash Games

Bounce Rescue is a neat little game. It’s not the longest or the most complex game in the world but it offers something that’s most important: good fun. Its charming and classic graphics are enough to charm anybody and the gameplay is solid. Sure your bouncy character takes a little getting used to, but bouncing is the name of the game and once you adjust it’s really fun. I can whole heartedly recommend it to anybody who is a fan of platforming games.- Brash Games

I personally had fun with it and was impressed with the overall presentation, however the repetitive gameplay leads me to feel that it is still quite overpriced.- Brash Games

Its aesthetics and unique mechanics make the game good. But for those who just want something easy to play I’d suggest Battle Fantasia: Revised Edition, as you will need to do some research on how to do certain moves/combos in this game.- Brash Games

The presentation of Punch Club is great, with 16-bit like graphics, nostalgic references and chip-tune soundtrack. The colour palette used is vibrant and suits the game perfectly. The first time I reviewed the game I said that the story was a bit empty but the DLC has certainly added a bit more depth and variation, which is nice to see. It will be interesting to see if the game has any more content planned for the future. I would recommend this game and with the new DLC it gives even more reasons a new feature that make it worth checking out.- Brash Games

While the graphics and sound are a bit lacking, I have to say that Rogue State is a class act as far as indies go. I absolutely endorse it and can’t wait to play it more since I still haven’t successfully completed 60 turns.- Brash Games

A fine twin-stick shooter that’s best enjoyed in short bursts. The game is pretty lengthy, but the sameness of most of the missions starts to wear thin, especially if you don’t play on the hardest difficulty level in the latter half.- Brash Games

The constant rewinding may grate for some, especially the later levels whilst the atmosphere doesn’t quite keep you involved as you progress but the sheer complexity of the platforming required is entirely engrossing.- Brash Games

Overfall is a surprisingly deep game with some unique ideas. The game is very well paced and you get to explore plenty of interesting locations pretty quickly. The combat and dialogue systems are deep, complex and require some practice and experimentation. There’s plenty to see and do, but I would have liked to of seen a bit more narrative structure alongside the story building you get from conversations with others.- Brash Games

The ideas are great and switching between two characters with very different abilities is a nice touch. I would have like the game to have more of a story and possibly have some sort of character voice acting. Also the game can be hugely frustrating with awkward movement and controls.- Brash Games

While the game is very unique, replay ability is limited and not much was added from the original versions release last year. This game is good for a weekend playtrhough, and if that’s all you need then this game is for you.- Brash Games

As impressive as it is to have a game of this quality from a single person, there’s not enough to really justify it. This is a saturated market and there’s already great shoot ‘em up games that have more content but cost less. It’s a few hours of solid fun you might occasionally revisit with friends but it’s not much more than that.- Brash Games

I’m enjoying this game a lot more than I thought I would but it’s not without its faults, the combat can and does get repetitive very, very quickly and the lack of narration can make the reading tedious, some people would argue that the narration would ruin the atmosphere of the game but there is never anything wrong with offering people a choice because if you’re like me and you came home from a long day at work the last thing you want to do is read paragraphs after paragraphs of digital text.- Brash Games

An awesome collection of games in one package. They offer diverse modes, with tight controls and visual flair. The new challenges and unlockables offer something intriguing for those who have played the games before, while the new difficulty modes offer replayability and another layer of depth.- Brash Games

It’s no good having a game which does so much so well, only to keep it hidden beneath layers of obfuscation. With a little more time spent teaching the player how it all works, this could have been an awesome experience.- Brash Games

No, the Inheritance DLC doesn’t stray far from the feeling the base game gives, but it is definitely it’s own, separate story with its own protagonist and endings. If you didn’t enjoy the main game, you won’t enjoy this. But if you are like me and found the way the game tells its story interesting and worth the time to play through, then this DLC is perfect for you.- Brash Games

As entertaining as the combat might be, like everything else in Darksiders 2, it’s never quite as good as any of the games that it so brazenly imitates. And that’s the big problem isn’t it – the puzzles, the traversal, the visuals, the story – it has all been done better somewhere else.- Brash Games
