Obscuritas is a game that makes you think in the beginning that it hasn’t anything to show you, but in the end you will enjoy its puzzles and riddles. It’s true that the horror in the game won’t cause you something more than little shocks but it is rather the very sense of this experience that makes this game good in this genre. The downsides of Obscuritas are the bad performance on PC and some aspects that affect the gameplay, but we know that you will enjoy it even for a short period of time.

It has managed to surprise us in a very positive way: although it has its flaws, like an unpolished audio as well as a lack of online features, it possesses a ton of content to enjoy, the progression and unlocking systems are adequate, the are new elements introduced in the oversteer and attack systems, that with some exceptions, add some uniqueness to it, and, most of all, has its own identity regarding the visual elements.

All of the improvements of the previous years have been completely forsaken in this version of the game. Thus, it merely carries some sort of historical value for European players (given that it had never released before in our territory), but there really is barely anything at all to take out from it.

Warmind is a new DLC that, without taking Escalation Protocol into consideration, does not bring anything new to the game. A 4-hour campaign with a dull story are not enough for the price of this DLC.

Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 is not the vampire adventure you were hoping for, but it also isn't the massive disappointment you might have expected given its troubled development process. Even though the game clearly needs more development time, especially since the ending feels particularly rushed, there is some charm to Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2. The gameplay can be truly engaging, thanks to the vampiric powers and dynamic traversal... as long as you don't spend too much time in its melee combat.

Impact Winter is the new title from Mojo Banes and its goal is to give a new perspective of the survival genre. However, this game becomes a little bit repetitive after playing for a few hours.

The return of Sudden Strike is a little bit disappointing for the fans of the saga due to its difficulty and multiplayer mode, but it stays strong in everything else. Sudden Strike 4 offers lots of hours of entertainment.

Hypergun is not perfect. However, it actually is the best roguelike shooter we have seen. Thanks to its delightful gameplay and its AAA quality gunplay, the few cons fall behind these outstanding pros.

Intruders: Hide and Seek offers an experience whose most attractive points lie on the shoulders of its characters and a fine balance between the way it uses the tension and the narration of the plot. The story is told in a fluid way, respecting the intelligence of the player in order to let him be the one who is in charge of connecting the dots to solve the mystery behind the game.

Aphelion is an adventure that shines far brighter for what it tells and how it presents itself than for what it asks you to do with the controller. Don't Nod has crafted a fascinating setting in Persephone, a survival story driven by human relationships that hooks you in, and an atmosphere that grabs you through its soundtrack and visual design. But the mechanics that support that experience, the constant climbing and the stealth segments with the Nemesis, fail to evolve enough and end up becoming the weak link in an otherwise very solid chain.

Kingdom Under Fire 2 fulfills what was promised 10 years ago and offers an experience that can be especially satisfying for lovers of the MMO genre. The addition of RTS elements is a success and offers a different kind of gameplay compared to other similar games, and that is surely its greatest strength.

Lost Soul Aside is an entertaining game that, despite its flaws, doesn't deserve the outright rejection many attribute to it. It doesn't reach the level of benchmarks like Final Fantasy or Devil May Cry, and its price may seem high for what it offers, but with a discount, it becomes a very interesting proposition.

Torchlight III is an RPG that leaves a lot to be desired, especially for those who know the genre very well with games like Diablo. It is obvious that its development is not 100% finished, and it lacks several months of polishing. However, Torchlight III can be fun, but you have to be able to ignore its constant problems.

It is a game with an incredible base, original mechanics and that offers hours of content. In itself, Payday 3 is a ton of fun, and if you play it with friends, it's even more fun. But although not much can be said bad about that base, it has been frustrated by a very bittersweet launch with constant server crashes, matchmaking errors, some bugs, among others. Of course, nothing that cannot be solved and that will not at all allow it, once fixed, to become a truly great game that I recommend to everyone.

Infinity Strash: Dragon Quest The Adventure of Dai is a video game that struggles to answer one of the most basic questions that must be asked when considering a project of this type: who is this game for? On the one hand, it falls short for those who have experienced the anime, and at the same time it also falls short for those who want to immerse themselves in Dai's story for the first time.

Here is a fun and entertaining proposal that has its pros and cons, just like The House of the Butterflies. The game is a bit short (between 15-20 hours), which is not bad at all, but unfortunately it becomes too repetitive. The combat feel is good and Hellboy moves well, but everything becomes very linear and repetitive. It is entertaining and a treat for fans of the hero, the setting and artistic design are sublime, and the gameplay is good and simple, but it all falls short of something bigger. The proposal to set the story of Mike Mignola is fulfilled and hopefully it will be the prequel to many more.
