Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic ($9.99, iPad) is an exquisite game of the past, but is a mediocre game of the present. The main battle sequences stem from combating the poor touch controls, bland gameplay sequences, and numerous game structure issues. Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is better off not on the iPad, and thus one to skip.- Apple'N'Apps

Rayman Fiesta Run delivers a finely crafted action platformer that is well suited for iOS, but a little on the redundant side. There’s no doubt it’s worth picking up, but it’s a bit disappointing with higher expectations based on the original, and the current state of the App Store.- Apple'N'Apps

Block Fortress ($1.99, Universal) crafts a whole new experience with a lot to dive into, and simply experiment with. It’s a brilliant idea of combining genres you wouldn’t think go to together, but the execution isn’t as good as it could be to the detriment of the whole game.- Apple'N'Apps

Major Magnet doesn’t get out of its own way, and feels like just another also ran in the genre despite the neat theme, potential for speed, and high quality design. It’s also worth noting that although the game is set-up for speed, and flow the level design just doesn’t lend itself for either.- Apple'N'Apps

Crush ($0.99, Universal) tosses you into an avalanche of blocks, and you will need all your skill to avoid from being crushed by the onslaught. It’s a thoroughly engaging arcade app that is worth the minimal price of admission.- Apple'N'Apps

Duet Game is only for you if you like being a glutton for punishment, as the game doesn’t walk that fine balance between challenge, and enjoyment. Instead it loses the enjoyment along the way making it one to spin past.- Apple'N'Apps
