Jan 15, 2013Time Surfers = Tiny Wings + rewind ability + frenetic fun.
-
Jan 15, 2013When Time Surfer does require your input, it's one of the most rewarding experiences you'll find in an "endless" game to date. Even after playing the first 500 meters over and over again, and only seeing the back 3,000 thanks to serious sympathy from the game, I cannot put it down.
-
Jan 15, 2013Time Surfer utilizes the same one-touch dive-and-fly mechanics, the same procedurally-generated level designs, and the same tri-mission element as its predecessor, but there's plenty of new material here (including its time rewind function) to set it apart and help it stand on its own.
-
Jan 10, 2013It might not be the most original idea out there, but Time Surfer is executed with such aplomb that that really doesn't matter.
-
Jan 15, 2013A solid endless auto-'runner' and a great update to the Tiny Wings formula - Time Surfer is a great time waster.
-
Jan 14, 2013While Time Surfer will not win any awards for uniqueness, it is a great example of how a fun idea can be iterated upon by blending in concepts from other games to create something that feels at least somewhat new.
-
Jan 14, 2013Time Surfer is a good game within its genre, one that at least on the surface tries to resolve an issue with runner type games, and even make it a feature.
