Whilst SBK-08 Superbike World Championship will definitely appeal to fans of superbike racing due to its advanced options and simulator aspects, but it will probably end up leaving the more casual gamers behind because they'll easily be able to beat the game on the lower difficulty levels and then not bother tuning their bikes or playing harder settings.- AceGamez

Just in case I haven't been absolutely clear about this, you need to get Gears of War 2. Now.- AceGamez

EXIT DS is a flawed classic in the puzzle game genre but there's definitely enough here to be worth checking out if you haven't played any of the other versions in the three years since the game's original release, you don't mind hair-tearing frustration, and you have the patience to get to grips with a control scheme that should be far more intuitive than it is.- AceGamez

Nothing has changed on a technological front, sure - but with a cracking set of songs covering a broad array of genres, generations and a satisfyingly eclectic range of artists, you'd have to be The Grinch himself not to find any joy with this when the big day comes.- AceGamez

Despite its faults, Tom Clancy's EndWar stands as a welcome departure from the quick and dirty reworkings that so many real-time strategy games have undergone in the transition from mouse and keyboard to control pad.- AceGamez

What we've ended up with is a shambles, a game that looks boring and plays badly - a game that feels as ancient as the mythical beasts that you must vanquish.- AceGamez

Even if you have too much time and money, Legendary still isn't worth a purchase.- AceGamez

As a fighting game, Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm is a complete success. The extremely accessible fighting engine benefits from a great deal of hidden depth and a pleasing penchant for the extravagant, while the excellent camera, colourful cast and brilliantly over the top move list combine to create an experience that feels like a playable Manga cartoon. As an RPG-lite adventure however, it tends to come up a little short.- AceGamez

If you own a PS3 then you'd be doing yourself a disservice not to try Valkyria Chronicles; it's sure to provide many hours of enjoyment with its fun gameplay, tragic yet heartwarming story, and its appeal to something deeper with its messages than just playing another mindless videogame.- AceGamez

Rubik's Puzzle World is a game that simply shouldn't exist, for so many reasons.- AceGamez

Quantum of Solace really feels like a Bond game, combining elements from both of the recent movies and using tried and tested gameplay mechanics to create a fun (if flawed) shooter experience. It's not going to win any awards and it isn't likely to attract new fans to either 007 or the FPS genre, but it's very likeable, entirely inoffensive and highly playable.- AceGamez

This sense of scale never really ceases throughout the course of the single player campaign, with areas and enemies alike ranging from merely huge to breathtakingly colossal in both scope and detail.- AceGamez

The creation aspect of Dungeon Maker is quite enjoyable to begin with, but the constant battles, digging and eating turn this initially fun RPG into a very tedious exercise indeed.- AceGamez

By turns spectacular, exhilarating, disturbing, moving, frightening, relaxing, idling and life-consuming, Fallout 3 is one vision of the end of times that gets better with every minute. This is epic gaming and if this is what the Apocalypse is all about then you can sign me up.- AceGamez

Undoubtedly a worthy title in its own right and has enough character and charm, coupled with solid gameplay, to make this one day after tomorrow that you shouldn't miss.- AceGamez

You should base your buying desicion on the songs; everyone that has ever enjoyed the brilliant karaoke of SingStar in the past should pick up either of these games, with you final choice depending of you personal preference in music- AceGamez

MotorStorm: Pacific Rift feels more like a refinement than a revolution, although given the success and quality of the original, this is hardly a bad thing.- AceGamez

Ninjatown is an innovative take on the real-time strategy genre and a game that can be enjoyed by all. The simple nature of the design hides a wholly addictive premise; don't let the cutesy colours fool you into thinking that this is just for kids - there's a very engaging game beneath the distinctive and charming visuals.- AceGamez

This is the first time that the MotoGP licence has been in the hands of Capcom as publishers and Milestone as developers. The result is a solid game that doesn't really improve on last year's offering. By setting its sights on accessibility, MotoGP 08 seems to lose its focus on who it's for and ends up providing something for everyone but not everything for anyone.- AceGamez

If you enjoy party games and trivia and you'd like another game to add to your "360 as a rival to the Wii" list then you've got a winner on your hands with Scene It? Box Office Smash and you shouldn't be afraid to grab it even if you don't know much about movies or games.- AceGamez

The online community is brimming with endlessly different styles of maps, as each of the creators' personalities are poured into the fun of constructing them. LittleBigPlanet will undoubtedly keep you up at night, constructing the next big hit for the community - and if you don't care for that then you can still play the plethora of maps being produced by countless others.- AceGamez

It may be worth a punt if you have recently bought a Wii, own four Wiimotes and are looking to show the unWiinitiated what the console is all about; however, if you're an avid Wii gamer then there are plenty of other games out there that will prove to be money better spent.- AceGamez

It's clear from the get-go that Fable II is a labour of love, a fantastically involving, sprawling, deep, rich and charming adventure that will take hold and not let go for literally hours on end.- AceGamez

With all the power and advancements in consoles since the original game debuted nearly a decade ago, this game and indeed this whole trilogy has failed to recapture that magic. Maybe it's time for the series to change hands yet again.- AceGamez

The camera for one makes clearing certain jumps next to impossible, while the heavy emphasis on combat makes for overly repetitive gameplay. The biggest disappointment though is the graphics, as this was set to be the best looking Spyro game ever but the technical flaws outweigh the positives, something that can be said for the game as a whole, as well as its visuals.- AceGamez

Spider-Man: Web of Shadows isn't a perfect game; there's too much grind and the first act is badly realised.- AceGamez

While not quite perfect and a bit on the short side, Spider-Man: Web of Shadows is absolutely amazing, especially considering the poor reception of its home console counterparts; any DS owner with a taste for brawlers owes it to themselves to pick this one up.- AceGamez

Mechanic Master is a fantastic concept but one that hasn't realised its full potential. It's undoubtedly a fun game and one that I really enjoyed playing through, but it's a little too easy and the selection of items could do with expanding, to increase the complexity of the puzzles.- AceGamez
