And while the graphics are fun, the translation into 3D has been totally mishandled and lost the whole appeal of the gameplay.- AceGamez

An intriguing idea that never really gets off the ground.- AceGamez

The game is slow to play and the timing system can make that even slower, World War III will start more times than you'll be able to count and a fully destructible environment isn't worth much when you are supposed to be stealthy.- AceGamez

The lack of attack options makes the game a chore to play after a while too, but luckily it's so short that you'll be able to at least finish one campaign before you decide you've had enough.- AceGamez

A very entertaining game and an extremely good effort from Electronic Arts. Unfortunately, the problems such as the jerky camera, Ron and Hermione getting in the way and nonsensical lack of save points between missions do bring the gameplay down somewhat.- AceGamez

All of these games are fun to spend some time with, to a lesser or greater degree, but none of them will keep you entertained for very long, making this a nice filler for an hour between the other games you're currently playing.- AceGamez

The Battle of Argus is reasonably entertaining in short doses, but there's nothing revolutionary or truly engaging to keep you coming back for more - it's just a competent port of an old PS2 game whose mechanics and design are really showing their age.- AceGamez

It's not one of those games you'll play forever, but I suspect that for many it will be one of those games that sits on the shelf so that any time you're feeling particularly evil or you've just had a bad day, you'll load it up and go eat some people.- AceGamez

The concept of splitting up the gameplay into a myriad of mini-games and separate just doesn't work and just about all of it is inexplicably boring.- AceGamez

The level design never really interests either; this is perhaps one of the most linear games I've ever played.- AceGamez

At best it is a mediocre few hours of play and at worst it is a slap in the face of Goldeneye on the Nintendo 64.- AceGamez

It could have been a bit longer, maybe lasting more than fourteen days to represent The Fourteen Stations of the Cross, and the combat system could have been better, like the outstanding fight between Jesus and temptation for forty days and forty nights in the desert - but this game could be the closest thing to witnessing the turning a good film into a good game miracle, much like Jesus turned water into wine.- AceGamez

Not even the presentation of Blood Bowl, which is fairly good in the other versions of the game, can save the DS version from certain doom.- AceGamez

It's a real shame that for every flicker of promise Boogie shows, there are twice as many setbacks just around the corner. For a karaoke/dancing merger, this is nowhere near as fun as it should be and for all the noise it makes, EA's Boogie just doesn't have the substance to succeed.- AceGamez

It's sad to say, but after playing this I spent a good few hours playing Wolverine's Revenge and having more fun in the process - and that game is over three years old!- AceGamez

Possesses the bare minimum requirements of everything a modern racer should have and unfortunately nothing more.- AceGamez

Like the PS2 and Xbox game from last year, 50 Cent: Bulletproof G-Unit Edition still has some snags in its design, but in the process of completely revamping the gameplay structure with the PSP in mind, Vivendi and High Voltage have more than capitalized on the 50 Cent/G-Unit license to create an enjoyable gameplay experience.- AceGamez

It's still a hack and slash game that does little to the alter template of the genre; it's good fun, but it's not memorable.- AceGamez

Sure, this is a button-bashing fist-fest with a gimmick that you may or may not appreciate, but if you're a fan of the show, then Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi: The Genie & the Amp is worth picking up.- AceGamez

It may be slightly too slow and easy for some, but it still has more than enough variety to keep most fans happy.- AceGamez

Lastly, for some reason, the rumble feature with the controller is done way too much. The controller shakes during this game more than any other PS2 game I've ever played and all I did was jump.- AceGamez

There is a bit of fun to be had, but unless you pick up the console version with its more accessible multiplayer, you'll end up paying over the odds for a game that can be finished in a single weekend.- AceGamez

AMF Bowling: Pinbusters is a great bowling game that delivers an effective control scheme with lots of options.- AceGamez

Only a game that fanatical survival horror fans like myself will enjoy and be willing to persevere with, despite the flaws, just for the challenge of completing the game and finding out how it ends.- AceGamez

It's cheap. Not as cheap as chips - and not nearly as tasty either. No. But it might appeal to a few people, those people that enjoyed the first Mutha Trucker title for example.- AceGamez

The only thing that's surprising about Beatdown: Fists Of Vengeance is that the usually reliable and innovative Capcom have lent their name to it.- AceGamez

- Critic Score
A solidly entertaining and enjoyable horror adventure that is fairly short but quite engaging while it lasts. The story is well told, even if it travels some familiar territory at times, while the setting, visuals and overall effect of the presentation of the tale make it worth experiencing, despite the poor control scheme.- AceGamez

- Critic Score
The story itself is at least well implemented and there is some enjoyment to be had, if you can persevere through the unwieldy control system, reams of irrelevant dialogue and woefully dated graphics.- AceGamez
