A puzzle game with everything - addictive gameplay, lovely presentation, a great concept and so much variety that you will simply never tire of the game, even after all 160+ levels are completed.

Rock Band may not have changed the landscape of rock gaming to the level that, at times, it seemed like it would do, but it certainly altered the perception of what the ultimate rock party game should be.

As such, The Sims 3 really is a game that keeps on giving; it's polished to near perfection and while it's missing a couple of old features, it shines in so many other areas where the series once lacked that I can only sing its praises.

Pursuit Force: Extreme Justice is a high-octane, lighthearted, linear game and it's a must play for every PSP owner. Most importantly, the game is fantastic fun to play, using every section of its large amount of modes to make you enjoy every moment.

This sense of scale never really ceases throughout the course of the single player campaign, with areas and enemies alike ranging from merely huge to breathtakingly colossal in both scope and detail.

This really should be the retro release to please everyone - Capcom have taken a classic original, slightly enhanced the concept with modern features like the double jumping and magic, yet retained the core gameplay and style that made the original such a hit.

The best in its genre - period. There's something on offer for everybody, it's great for the serious hockey fan, it's fantastic if you have a few mates around to play in party mode or even buzz in on the trivia games and it's even soothingly, surprisingly good fun for the casual gamer.

The variety of the campaigns and the different sides involved is enough to keep you going for some time. While more of a completion of the ideal of Medieval II rather than a whole new game, Kingdoms is the best value expansion pack of any game I've played in recent times, with four new campaigns to battle through.

Ultimately, playing games should always be about fun and that's why I absolutely loved playing this game.

This is bare-knuckle gaming - big, brash, unpretentious and viscerally entertaining. There's no excessive blood and gore, no gimmicky crime or foul language. This is well-organised, carefully-orchestrated violence supported by some of the best AI you've ever seen, a deep and comprehensive multiplayer mode that creates a game all of its own and a storyline far more creative than your usual terrorist-battling shooter fare.

FIFA Football 2005 has more than proved its worth with some lovely new control features that add a lot more subtlety and variety to the gameplay, an extensive and highly involved career mode and those gorgeous graphics.

As a fan of the series, Dissidia: Final Fantasy is my perfect slice of gaming for PSP. Utilising all the things done well in the previous games, while being inventive in all areas too, it should be a must buy for every PSP owner.
