Lego Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues feels the strain of several downsides, but the overall setting and typical Lego-humour will entice children, adults and experienced gamers nonetheless.

The Munchables is a typical game for in between. Empty your mind and eat everything that comes in your way. It could've lasted longer, but it was a fun ride while it lasted. Namco Bandai is hopefully working on a sequel or maybe even a new Pacman, because there are a lot of possibilities with this gameplay.

Kids and the so-called casual gamer will undoubtedly eat this Eyepet up like candy. It looks adorable and its interaction gives it something unique in today's market. Unfortunately, it doesn't always respond as it should and the whole is a bit lacklustre, although you can buy additional downloadable content already.

Beat Hazard is a rather traditional Asteroids clone, with the fun addition that your own music can influence the game. Whoever thinks this suffices, will enjoy this game as a way to pass the time. However, the game does not contain the originality we have expected from indie games, and the influence of your own music could’ve been way better.

All in all, MotoGP 09/10 is a decent game. It’s somewhere in between sim and arcade racer, although arcade fans will like it a tad more. Sim fans won’t be completely satisfied, but whoever wants to race without knowing too much about all the details will definitely have fun with the game.

WET is a action adventure you won’t find very often. The acrobatics are cool, but it’s something you need to do constantly. It breaks the pace of the game and aiming isn’t very fluent. Still, you’re getting plenty of diversity. You get quick-time events requiring focus and a Rage Mode that gives a different feel to the gameplay. It’s game you have to appreciate or it’s best to leave it.

Codemasters can finally please all the Formula One-fans with a new game. It doesn’t disappoint, but doesn’t wow either. Real fans will have plenty to do with all the official tracks and cars. Someone looking for a simple racing experience will not entirely be satisfied. You can do a quick race, but a championship will be one of the long haul, requiring plenty of time per race.

Invizimals is a game that 'll please young and old. It's fluent, easy to learn and fun, entertaining FMV's carry it throughout its gameplay. Leveling your Invizimals is addictive and catching them never gets boring because of the large variety in Invizimals. The limitation is in the lighting, but if you manage to keep that in mind, you'll enjoy this rather inventive game.

To give Alien Breed Evolution a sscore isn’t easy. It has impressive graphics, atmoshere and brainless action. On the other hand, the gameplay is weak. When you get annoyed by it, there’s something wrong. It has a boring story, the controls are restrictive and after half an hour, you’ll have seen it all. Unfortunately, the strong graphics can’t cover this up. It had potential, but it hasn’t turned out to be a game of extraterrestrial heights.

Section 8 is a decent shooter which doesn’t really excel in a particular field. If you’re craving multiplayer and teamwork, the game won’t disappoint. If you’re looking for a game with a deep story, a beautiful single-player campaign and run-and-gun tactics, move along.

The Conduit is finally a high-end shooter for the Wii. High Voltage Software has really tried to get the maximum out of the console while still offering a wonderful game. Hopefully, more developers will follow this example and we can get more new franchises that achieve a certain level. The Conduit has several things going for it to be called a classic, but it still lacks several things left and right to belong to that category.

Magna Carta II has turned out to be a fun game for the JRPG lovers out there. Realtime gameplay is handled well, there’s a lot to discover and it’s graphically adequate. Voice acting and story could've been done better, but it’s a common illness in this type of game. Whoever is looking for a fluent JRPG can add Magna Carta II to his wish list.

The Eye of Judgment: Legends is a step forward from its PS3-version. That’s partly because of the lack of a camera and expensive cards. The campaign, however, doesn’t interest much as its story is unclear and the presentation is static. The graphics barely show any detail and the tutorial is too short to get a grip on the gameplay. Fans of card battles will love it, especially if they appreciate fighting online to learn how the cards work.

Alice in Wonderland for Wii is a decent licensed game, with a few fun and original elements. Visually, it also manages to deliver. The boring fights, low difficulty and repetitive gameplay are a blow to its aspirations as a top game. Too much potential was left untouched. Are you willing to look past these flaws, then you’ll be getting plenty of fun to justify a purchase.

F1 2009 suffers from the limitations of the PSP and handhelds in general. If you don’t care about that and you don’t crave realism, then this game might still suit you.

Nier is an average game trying to blend RPG with hack&slash. Unfortunately, it fails. The storyline is averagely delivered and the game starts out slowly. Gameplay-wise not much is there to entice you and that's without having to face mediocre graphics. Luckily, the dialogues are funny sometimes, otherwise there would not be much to enjoy in this game.

Even though there’s a cute storyline running through all the missions, there’s still the impression that more was possible. The circuits are short, some of the missions way too easy and the opposition… isn’t there. The style of the game matches the MySims-world and together with the music MySims Racing fits those people who love these characters, perfectly. Fun, but not great.

Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World has finally walked its way to Europe. Fans of the original will have to get used to some changes, but all in all it’s a worthy sequel with a well-written – albeit slow – story. The fighting system is decent, although the option to tame beasts feels a bit superfluous, despite their use in battle. Visually, it’s full of atmosphere, where it gets the aid of the music and the voice acting. If you’re looking for an RPG and you haven’t imported the American version, then this game isn’t a bad choice. Do know that it ’s not perfect.

At first, Lost Planet 2 seems to impress with wonderful graphics, huge bosses and 4 player co-op. The sub-par AI for both enemies as allies, the hampered controls and the lacklustre design really strangle the gameplay. Playing alone is enough to annoy you completely, but even in co-op it’s repetitive and frustrating. This abomination is only good as therapy for casual gamers who crave graphics and online chat, but who don’t care for decent gameplay.

Vandal Hearts: Flames of Judgment may not be innovative, but it is a decent turn-based RPG, pleasing both the fans as the newcomers to the genre.

Left or right? Hide or run? Take care of yourself or keep running while bleeding? These are choices in Hysteria Project. It’s short and has basically no replay value, unless with friends, but it’s gripping and often intense. It’s an experience craving for more. More choices, more options instead of a fixed path, more revelations about the who, what and where. But also less: less savepoints to interrupt the game. For 1.49 euro’s you can be content. Let’s get a sequel.

Cursed Mountain is a decent action adventure with plenty of horror to keep you up at night. The pace could've been a tad higher, but the atmosphere more than makes up for that error. Add good voice-overs and a captivating story and you'll know what Deep Silver provided us with this Cursed Mountain.

Still Life 2 is a nice game and mainly impresses with its plot, atmosphere and music. The dark levels and scar music add to the feel of the game. Being able to play both sides of the story is a nice addition. Graphics seem to have been stuck in time, but the decent gameplay makes up for it. A game like this isn’t played for its very realistic graphics, but to challenge the brain and to get stuck in the mood. It doesn’t have any replay value, but for the price of thirty euro’s you can’t go wrong. Fun title for fans of the genre.

The Crystal Bearers has turned out to be a good game, doing graphically excellent on the Wii. Averaging 20 hours, it’s not too long and it provides plenty of variation with the min-games. The camera is a downside though. Despite it all, it is a good game for every RPG-lover who also owns a Wii.

NHL 2K10 isn't a bad game, but lacks depth. The Franchise Mode isn't developed well enough and it all feels a bit too arcade-ish, which probably wasn't 2K Sports' goal. Slow action on the ice degrades the sense of speed. Graphically it looks good, but the gameplay needs work. Luckily, the online and offline multiplayer helps it a bit.

All in all, Obscure: The Aftermath isn’t a bad game. The combination of horror and college humour works fine and the action is interrupted at regular intervals with puzzles and minigames. The detailled graphics and the wonderfully dynamic music add greatly to the atmosphere. Unfortunately, some erroneous design choices detract from the game, making it less than the big title it could’ve been.

Combine the sub-par sound with the repetitive gameplay and you'll quickly get bored with Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility. The combination of English text with Japanese text bubbles largely passes by on the intended age group of young gamers in the Benelux. The one somewhat addictive aspect is making your farm bigger and finding a partner. Finding a good balance between social life and farm life is what this title is about. Fans of the series will love it: a farm life sim, which could've turned out so much better.

Race car drivers who stay clear of semi-sims like Grid, Shift and Dirt, will perhaps find pleasure in this game, until the release of Gran Turismo. Whoever is looking for excitement, fun and spectacle, will be better off with one of the previously mentioned titles. Lame.
