Aug 20, 2021It's a solid 10. I mean the sounds of the album are magical and she did very well changing her music and experimenting with other sounds.

Aug 20, 2021Solar Power is so celestial, with beautiful and genius lyrics, vocals, production and instrumentation. In one song you are crying and in the next dancing lol. I rlly LOVE this album.

Aug 20, 2021different is not synonymous with the word "bad." it's timeless. she dedicated several years to each piece and it shows. she has had the opportunity to grow as an individual and her mental health is better. melodrama and pure heroine come from a teenage side of her. i am proud of her

Aug 20, 2021Urge cancelación para Jack Antonoff. Es triste que una gran compositora esté atenida a una persona producción.
-
Aug 20, 2021Lorde has done it again by changing her artistic direction in a good way. This album takes care of all your worries with its melodies and catchy lyrics.

Aug 20, 2021El álbum es una evolución de Lorde tanto personal como sonicamente. El sonido del álbum sigue una misma línea, que las agrupa muy bien.

Aug 20, 2021Such a great and fun album! Very relaxing and I already know I will be listening to this a lot in the future. Maybe it's not as good as her other albums, but it is still good and worth listening too.
-
Aug 20, 2021This album has a mind of it's own! "It's a new state of mind". The melodies, the Instruments, Lorde's voice and the added FX blended really well to make this masterpiece!
It is a really creative album, with references from great times in music! Amazing! -

Aug 20, 2021After the success of Melodrama, I believe this is rhe best direction could have gone after her hiatus. This screams growth and maturity to me. Of course we're not gonna get a Melodrama 2. That era is done. And I'm loving that lyrically, it's still the same song writing we loved. Just in another era. And this era is what we need the most right now.

Aug 20, 2021All I have to say is “wow” -her best album so far!!!!
Melodrama felt like a “vivid fever dream” in a world full of heartbreaks and darkness, whereas Solar Power…is just something else. Truly magical. Best record from this year in my opinion. Great job Ella!! solar power forever xx❤️ -
Aug 20, 2021Worth the long wait! This is out of this world, recalling her last record Melodrama, Solar Power has completely over pass herself as a musician, with the impeccable production of Jack Antonoff, together had become the greatest masterpiece makers. This is new, clean magnificent, transcendental and obviously EPIC.
Congratulations and Thank you Lorde for this amazing record.
Solar Power 100/100 -
Aug 20, 2021Perfection. If you stop comparing this masterpiece to melodrama you’ll start enjoying this too

Aug 30, 2021All these connections Lorde is trying to make: her strange pastiche imagination of the ’70s, that random spoken word interlude by Robyn about climate change, and the themes of “sun healing,” never fully reach each other. Often, they come off as disingenuous and out of touch more than they read as brilliant, or comical. Whether the album is one big prank, or just one majorly failed experiment, the gist of having the “privilege to ignore” is lost in translation. All you are left with is just a handful of pretty alright songs.
-
Aug 26, 2021If you're riding and vibing with Lorde, this bright shapelessness is superb mood music. If you're not riding her wave, Solar Power can seem elusive, even cloying, as it circles and sways with a smile.

Aug 26, 2021This might not be the album that everyone wanted from Lorde, but it’s a solid, dreamy effort that deserves exploration. There’s plenty here worthy of attention if you can focus for long enough.
