    Katy Perry brought us the best of her two eras, Prism and Teenage Dream, with fresh sounds and meaningful lyrics, the album doesn't feel heavy, it has several hits that if they had been released in their era of success they would have been # 1, without a doubt. Katy's best album

    Un álbum que te levanta el alma y literalmente te hace sonreír. Hay una continuidad en ritmo, sonido y la voz cada vez es mucho mejor cuidada, sin duda alguna es una joya de disco.

    Todos creíamos que el año iba a hacer un desastre hasta que Diosty decidió liberar este álbum literalmente es lo mejor que pudo haber pasado este año...

    Her best album yet, the production and melodies are 10/10 and the lyrics tell the story of how she overcame the darkest period of her life coming through the other side but still being super upbeat and happy. The words i would describe this album are : melancholic, hopeful, beautiful and a bit nostalgic.

    Katy Perry did it again with this album. The sound is fresh and will definitely give you a SMILE. The meaning of the songs are deep, while still having a nice beat being easy to enjoy.

    This is the most honest, dancing, and gorgeous album. Katy finally got her SMILE back, and she's doing just great! Might be my new fav album of her. It has all those things that i loved, when i listened "After Laughter", from Paramore. The lyrics are deep, but the beat make you wanna dance.

    Best katy perry I've ever listened so far, might be even better than teenage dream! I really appreciate how positive the songs are even though the situation today aren't, despite being optimistic- Katy has managed to create a more down-to-earth approach to the tracks, with an album title 'Smile' and its aesthetic of "Sad Clown" which perfectly encompasses the idea of sarcasm in Katy'sBest katy perry I've ever listened so far, might be even better than teenage dream! I really appreciate how positive the songs are even though the situation today aren't, despite being optimistic- Katy has managed to create a more down-to-earth approach to the tracks, with an album title 'Smile' and its aesthetic of "Sad Clown" which perfectly encompasses the idea of sarcasm in Katy's optimism meeting her depression from her past struggles. I really believe that this album would garner a cult following to pop music fans, it might not have the commercial success now but im sure people would look back and appreciate this album :)… Expand

    Sem duvidas um dos melhores álbuns da Katy. A qualidade de cada faixa, as batidas e as letras me fazem querer ouvir o álbum completo no replay sem parar. Uma grande superação de sua era passada! Estou muito sorridente. :)

    Without fleeting moments of bad taste, Perry does indeed sound mature, but she's also not quite as fun. That's a conscious choice, though. Smile is intended to evoke memories of her frivolous younger days while pointing toward a sustainable pop future.

    Like Joanne before Chromatica, Smile plays like a necessary centering exercise, indulging her insecurities and less surefire instincts. If Witness was overdetermined, Smile is an earnest exhale, for better or for worse. It delivers an image of her journey towards inner peace that is honest (if corny) and catchy (if not exactly inventive).
